We only got the machine installed for a few days now. So far so good.However the installation was challenging since the valve connector they supply (and you have to use) is metric! Most houses in the US probably have plumbing using the imperial system. Well, ours does.It was impossible to find a converter adapter so we ended up hiring a plumber to change out the valve.Now that it's installed, I love the under counter installation. The faucet looks sleek.

She's been using it for almost a month now, and she can't stop raving about it!The benefits of drinking alkaline ionized water are extensive, but it's crucial to do thorough research before purchasing a water ionizer. Not all water ionizers are created equal, and there are many factors to consider beyond just pH and ORP levels. Most importantly, you need to ensure that the product you receive matches its advertised claims.Initially, I bought a different company's alkaline water machine on Amazon because it was cheaper and had many reviews. However, while the pH levels were good, the ORP was disappointing. Their website claimed their products were made in Korea, but it turned out only their more expensive model was, while the cheaper one I bought was from China. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.Quality is paramount when it comes to the ionizer's titanium plates. After doing more research, I chose Ivyel because they use plates from Japan, known to be the best in the industry. Their ionizers are made in Korea with these high-quality Japanese plates, while many other brands use inferior Chinese components.I tested Ivyel's pH and ORP levels, which were perfect. While pH is straightforward to measure, ORP is more challenging. Here's a simple method to test ORP: wash your preferred fruits or vegetables, like tomatoes or strawberries, half of it with tap water and the other half with alkaline level 4. You'll notice the difference immediately. Alkaline water cleans what tap water cannot. For an extra test, place the washed items in the fridge for a few days. The ones washed with alkaline water will stay fresh longer because the oxidation, which causes decay, has been reduced.There are many factors to consider when choosing a water ionizer, but after thorough research, I chose Ivyel. I've enjoyed my Ivyel PL so much that I got the PL-MAX for my mom, and she loves it just as much. I've already recommended Ivyel to many friends and family, not just for the benefits of alkaline water, but because many people don't realize that reverse osmosis, purified, or distilled water can actually be harmful in the long run.

I’ve had this for a little over a year now, overall fantastic product. Love the way the water tastes. I am not a water drinker, but this was a great investment. I’ve changed the filter just once since getting it.It was easy to install as well.

This machine is the same as the $1589 Alkaline Water Machine but adds a faucet. I knew this but did not want the machine on the countertop. I did not realize that when I tried to get alkaline water, Acid water was dispensing. Same with purified water. The company said I would always get acid water whether I wanted it or not. I was told to save acid water to use later. When I turn on acid water, Alkaline water will dispense—paid over $2300 plus the plumber's $300. The aggravation I had to go through was too much to handle. I returned the machine. You have to decide this, but it is a lovely-looking faucet.

Where to start, I guess just like everyone else we were buying alkaline water by the boat load and finding out that after awhile of storage the pH would drop or neutralize.Clearly my wife does the researching and found this machine, at first I was skeptical but I’ll tell you what won me and us over.Here are our convincing points:- price, if you do the numbers it is worth it because it’ll save time and it will be freshly ionized / alkaline water, you can use glass containers to keep, water may not taste the same as store bought, but we know it’s healthier- water, as you fill your bottles be aware that you’ll lose 40% from the bottom faucet, we put in bucket and use for cleaning/ mopping later- installation, the YouTube video is ok, good enough to follow and set up, it is doable to DIY, should’ve recorded to add but if I did it you can to you don’t have to hire a plumber- customer service, now here is where the value is, we had some doubts on the machine and made a call, right away Jane and Jose FaceTimed us to review, I was super impressed with the trouble shooting and attention, they helped us figure out that the pressure was low thus affecting the output, Jose has been there for 10 yrs and I can see why, he is an invaluable cornerstoneAll in all best bang for your buckJaime & Liza

Amazing investment! I used to buy alkaline water bottles by the box from the store but it was getting so expensive so I decided to invest in an alkaline machine. I thought it would be perfect timing since I was moving to a new house. Because my kitchen sink space was small, the machine on top of the countertop wasn't an option for me. I found several faucet models and decided to go with this one because I found it to look the best and seemed the most functional. I'm highly satisfied with how it looks in my kitchen. I actually tried washing strawberries myself after looking at their advertised video and to my surprise the strawberries looked legitimately cleaner than they had when I'd used tap water. So glad I don't have to go through the hassle of buying boxes of alkaline from the store anymore. Highly recommend this product!

The water quality is great but the filter replacement is expensive. It is $90 every 6 months.The faucet installation can be challenging due to different measurement system.
