Love the light and it's so easy to set up. I just wish there was a way to store the lightbulb versus just putting it in the bag. That's the only drawback.
I’ve been really impressed with the Torjim Softbox Photography Lighting Kit. The setup was quick and easy, and the compact 16’’ x 16’’ softboxes fit perfectly in my small home studio. The included 85W LED bulbs are bright and energy-efficient, and I really like the adjustable color temperature range (3000K–7500K), which makes it super convenient to switch between warm and cool tones depending on the mood of the shoot. The light output is soft and even, which helps eliminate harsh shadows—great for portraits, product shots, and even video calls. The build quality is sturdy for the price, and the stands are lightweight but stable enough for indoor use. I’ve already used it for photography and live streaming, and the results look much more professional compared to my old ring light. If you’re looking for an affordable, versatile lighting solution for photography, video recording, or streaming, this kit is definitely worth it.
It's a relief to have found a solution to my problem with dark, shadowy photos. The Torjim Softbox Photography Lighting Kit, 16" x 16" is perfect, as I only have one LED ring light and have had many problems with my photos due to a lack of light or shadows. This softbox kit, despite its size, is surprisingly portable and an ideal addition to my small studio. Its compact design allows me to set it up anywhere, solving my problem with photos that are too dark or too light, and saving me time on editing. It is very easy to assemble and use, and it is built with quality materials. The tripod is sturdy and offers three extension modes: 47, 59, and 71 inches. Equipped with an 85W energy-efficient bulb, with an operating temperature range of 3000-7500K. The inclusion of a remote control adds convenience, making it easy to operate and switch the light to the required mode.In short, the Torjim Softbox Photography Lighting Kit, 16" x 16" exceeded my expectations. I am delighted with the purchase, especially since I found it on sale for 20% off: $39.99. It's an excellent value for the quality and features it offers. I highly recommend it and give it a solid 5/5.Note: I kept the box the bulb came in for when I need to pack the device in my bag; I put the bulb in there to keep it safe.
The Torjim Softbox Lighting Kit is fantastic—easy to set up, very sturdy, and the adjustable 3000-7500K bulbs give perfect control over brightness and color temperature. It produces soft, professional lighting that works beautifully for portraits, videos, and live streaming. Excellent value for the quality!
I got this to use for a Photo Booth at my child's school. This is a great little light. Love how compact is is.. easy to travel with and like you can use different light. Warm and cool! This did a wonderful job!
I purchased this photography lighting kit for a DIY photoshoot for my child’s birthday, and I’m so glad I did! I live in a space with very little natural lighting, so I was worried about how the photos would turn out. This kit made a huge difference — it brightened up the entire setup and gave a soft, even light that made the photos look professional. The setup was quick and beginner-friendly, and the adjustable stands made it easy to position the lights exactly where I needed them. If you’re working with low light or just want to improve your indoor photography, this kit is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for parents, content creators, or anyone doing home shoots!
Great light and definitely 100% professional. Comes with a nice bag. It has nice bulb for the price and it came in good time . It really is so easy to put together. I had it unpacked and setup in and 40 mins @ the most! Yes I recommend this to YouTubers anyday of the week. The buttons on the remote are very nice actually i love them. I personally have sausage fingers but I find the buttons soft and comfy to push on and most responsive as well . Yeah its a pretty nice light and the modes are very easy to get your eyes use too in pretty much any room. It is pretty tall but very versatile and sturdy, doesn't fall over easily ,etc . Its heavy enough to stand up well- without being so much weight that its quite lovleyand it fits in a tightly organized space or space that is just extremely limited. It can be put up close or further away from objects depending and done accordingly. It has a convenient switch on the cable wichn I personally find useful when you don't want to be reaching a freaking remote all the damb time hey its work for me so it probably will work surprisingly superbly for you aswell. Get you one. Trust me you won't regret it a bit!
I own two of these Torjim softbox lamps (1–2 years each). They light up my art space well and get the job done, but the build quality shows its limits over time. The plastic cover on both lamps came loose very early on and no longer stays in place (the grooved clips on the plastic aren’t broken - it may be heat-related).These run very hot during use.The black lining around the diffuser that velcro onto the softbox started disintegrating into a messy, chalky, charcoal-like powder that leaves residue everywhere. One lamp no longer responds to the remote, especially once it heats up.Is lightweight and easy to move but stability isn’t great - one is now tilting despite being kept stationary. If you need affordable, beginner friendly and functional studio lights, they’ll work. Just expect heat, wear, and durability issues after a year or so.
