08-03-2026Although the jacket is a bit pricey, it is a good quality. It is very soft inside where it fits against skin. The zipper is well-made and appears durable. I would quibble with sizing. I purchased the 13-15 year old size, and although it should have ample room for growth, it is an almost perfect fit for an 8-year-old boy. If you are in the market for a very warm, durable jacket and want it to last for at least 2 seasons, you may want to size up 2 full sizes. This jacket is very warm, but the hood has no way to adjust it to fit securely around the face to protect the ears. That would have made this jacket a 10 star purchase! However, he loves the red sleeves with the black chest and back. Good pockets, too. He's happy. I'm happy!!

08-03-2026My 8 year old son loves how this sherpa sweatshirt feels and he is definitely a picky kid. It’s warm enough for many of our Kansas winter days on the ranch. He spends many hours outside doing chores and this heavy sweatshirt has held up wonderfully. This zipper was a little tough to zip up at first, but works fine now. It fits him true to size. I will buy again when he outgrows this one.

08-03-2026My son loves this jacket! We live in Wyoming and it gets cold! He will wear this and be cozy on most days. He is in that phase where it is uncool to wear a coat but this is still cool! He will always wear this without a fight!
