I had my reservations because there was no detergent or chemicals.. would my floors really be clean? It was so easy to assemble and it was ready to steam clean in about 30 seconds. It’s lightweight and the swivel head moved effortlessly under and around things. There was very little water so the floors dried quickly. And were they clean? I have very high standards when it comes to my floors’ cleanliness and this exceeded even my expectations. I would give it five stars but I was disappointed that it didn’t stand on its own very well and having to unplug it to turn it off is inconvenient. The cord was long enough to reach all 28 feet of my living room when plugged into the center of the room.The pads picked up a lot of icky stuff so I can only assume my floors are much cleaner than they were. I’m washing the pads right now on the quick wash cycle.The carpet glider worked great for my throw rugs.I haven’t used any of the other attachments yet but I’m intrigued.All in all I think this is the beginning of a wonderful relationship.

Powerful steamer for the price. I used the grout brush attachment today and it works great. Steamed away a lot of grime and just wiped it away. No cleaner necessary. Also steamed dog slobber from the windows better than anything I’ve tried

Price is good, works great if you never had a steamer before. There's lots of attachments. Does not take long to heat up, nice and quick. It is not heavy. Easy use, love using it for cleaning floors.

Took a few pics of different stages of cleaning to show difference.Easy enough set up. To fill the tank was also painless and attaching all necessary parts was easy.The first few pics are the beginning stages, I selected the straight brush to begin cleaning just the grouted areas. They floor was really gross (kitchen) so I definitely expected the brush to be worn. It did a great job in treating the area, the steam power was sufficient and I only used the 2nd level power for most areas and then turned it on the 3rd level when necessary.I then went over the actual tiles with the triangle brush to scrub whatever grime we had stuck to the tile and then lastly used the cloth to do a thorough cleaning.I am pleased with the outcome and will be using this weekly to clean to the space. The brushes were fairly easy to clean and the cleaning pad was easy to wash also. I'll looking for replacement parts to stock when needed but overall great buy. I'd recommend 4 outta 5!BTW, I only used water to steam clean and then when using the cloth pad I added a small bit of vinegar to the water, as recommend by our tiler.

This product was good and cleaned my tile floors nice and didn’t leave and streak marks. I gave it three stars because the cord length was not very long and it didn’t retain a-lot of water. I had to fill it up more than four times to finish the living room floor. Took longer than I expected considering you have to wait for it to cool down before you refill again. Other than that, if I had a smaller space it would have been perfect.
