08-03-2026Sometimes a brand new device is not necessary, and this is just what I needed for my purposes. I was impressed that the 2018 iPad was in near perfect condition. The battery seems to be near new condition as well as the rest of the device. No scratches or marks on the back or screen. I often prefer to buy new because they have a better warranty. However, I read many reviews and decided to purchase a refurb in premium condition, and so far it has been a great choice.

08-03-2026Disappointed with this iPad. I ordered this for my bakery to have a second backup iPad to leave there for my POS system while I kept my pro at home. This one even with being fully charged will absolutely not turn on sometimes no matter what I try to do. Eventually I can let it sit and it will finally wake up. Very disappointed. Quality is not worth what I spent.
