08-03-2026This is my 3rd HP laptop which is loaded with Windows 11 (of which I have not been won over as a fan...NOT HP's fault)I guess I am an Old Timer because I thought the machine would have a disc-playing slot. It does not.

08-03-2026This laptop is perfect. I can pay online bills, surf the Internet and do bookkeeping with speed and accuracy. I didn't need a lot of bells and whistles but wanted speed and reliability and that's what this baby delivers.

08-03-2026This was supposed to be a new computer when I received it. It had one month of warranty left and after checking with HP it had been set up before it was supposed to be an eight gig of RAM and 256 GB hard drive but it was four gig of RAM And 128 gig of hard drive and from what I’ve seen on other reviews this is not a place to buy a computer from

08-03-2026Great computer! I brought this for my husband for his birthday. I bought from another seller before and had to return it as it did not work. So I chose this seller, it was not packaged well, it came only in the HP box with no other box to protect it, which would have been much better. But, thankfullu it was not damaged in transit and works great! It's a little heavier than the lighter weight laptops. I would buy again if I need a laptop for myself.

08-03-2026Others have written details, but I won't. The color is excellent. The brightness is very good. The weight is Decent and light. There is no problem whatsoever with any heat. It is 95% perfectly fast. Every once in a while it has problem loading a page. Doesn't happen often at all. I would buy the same one again.

08-03-2026So If You are anything like me, you are thinking, $384? How long will it last?? Will it show up and be a piece of crap? But....I was in serious need of a laptop for my job and I was not able to buy a really good one for a few months and that meant, being out of work for a few months so I took a chance in JANUARY 2024.And its been WONDERFUL.NO PROBLEMS AT ALL--It works like any other laptop, it arrived in excellent condition, all of the wires were in the box. The screen size is perfect. It updates when it needs to and I have had ZERO issues, in fact, a friend of mine just told me she needs a laptop and I thought, I wonder if they have any left?Here I am, seeing they have some left and knowing that I should buy one for her and maybe an extra one for me "Just in case" I am traveling this weekend for the first time with the laptop so....you never know what could happen.See, I am super paranoid about stuff and so knowing that about me and hearing how amazing this laptop has been should be a good reason for you to take a chance!
