    The experience with this cellar was great. The laptop came when it was supposed to. It took a little while to get it set up the way I wanted it.But it is good.It has the calculator keyboard and the touchscreen, which I had on my last H. P so I wanted that again. I thought the price was pretty good.

    I use my computer to go online for general purposes-whether it's reading a newspaper, listening to podcasts, looking up information, filling out medical forms, shopping, etc. No video game playing except solitaire, poker or cribbage. To me, this computer is FAST and so far, extremely dependable. I only wish it had a CD-ROM, as I enjoy watching movies when the power goes out and burning music to cd's to listen to in my car. Works like a dream and I am enjoying it very much.

    After a day of use the battery went dead while in sleep mode, when I went to turn it back on it went in to bitlocker recovery mode and would not reload Windows. Idk if that's a windows 11 problem or the computer itself

    La lap llegó en tiempo y forma, completamente nueva y sellada, trae cargador, cumple con todas las especificaciones, es muy bonita, ligera y facil de transportar, en cuanto al rendimiento llevo 3 meses usándola y es muy rápida, me encanta.

    Inlove with my laptop. It’s touchscreen. It’s perfect for remote jobs requiring you use your own computer or if it’s just the home computer as well. Not heavy at all; very light weight. Screen look vet clean and visible. Big memory and great RAM.

    The laptop arrived with a defective display. It looked bleached out and blu-ish. My IT professional husband and I spent over an hour troubleshooting determining it was a hardware issue, not a software issue. I then got on with Amazon chat because I wanted to replace (not return) it and there was no option to do that. I had two reasons: I paid with a one-time use BNPL card and that's a pain to get re-financed, and the price had gone up since I purchased it. Amazon said I'd have to go through HP for that.I initiated contact with HP support the 17th. I was of course put through the line of questioning to prove it was a hardware issue, including sending photos. Fine. Then I was told it was eligible for replacement and told it would be passed to that department. I left the chat open for the next 10 hours and silence. Then I got emails from another guy asking for photos and info. Ok. Sent that.Then I got more emails, more chats from different agents who clearly didn't know what was going on. Finally yesterday, the 21st, I got back on with chat a fourth time to ask what was going on. I was told by some doofus with a 66% customer service rating that they actually won't do a replacement even though 2 agents had already told me they would. At this point, I had enough. I got back on with Amazon chat and got a refund. Shipped it back to Amazon returns last night.Then this morning, I woke up to notification that HP was shipping me packing materials to send the thing in for a repair which would take 2-3 weeks and I explicitly stated I did not want to do. Seriously THE WORST customer service ever. I have dealt with foreign companies that don't even speak English and had far better customer service than I got from HP. What a joke. Avoid this product unless you want to risk having to deal with their horrible support. I will never be buying HP anything again. Garbage.I needed this laptop because I have a broken tailbone and need to be able to work from bed. Two weeks after ordering this and I still have no laptop. Great.Oh, the laptop also has a clacky cheap plastic keyboard and the track pad is on the left and awkward.

    I am extremely pleased with my new HP 15.6" Laptop touchless PC! Just got it yesterday; needed to replace my older Windows 10 2021 HP-Compaq laptop that was extremely slow & never could get it to connect to my printer. This new one is fantastic! Very fast, intuitive, and simple to set up. Got it to sync almost immediately with my desktop and OneDrive, and was amazed it found my printer immediately with no issues or problems. Didn't think I'd like the touchscreen, but I do, at least most of its features. I found trying to scale down a portrait a little difficult, so hooked my wireless mouse back up (made it much easier to use -- now I can use both). So I still have much to learn about touchless controls, but right now I am just loving my new HP laptop! And I'm 79 years old, so don't let your age stop you.
