The jacket was the perfect size, the pants were a bit too big, but I was prepared as I read previous reviews prior to purchase. My kiddo was 6, 42” tall and weighs 67lbs for reference.My only takeaway is the front pocket isn’t real so we had to make a little hole in it for his flower boutonnière. Other than that, the material is strong and durable for a 6 year old to party hard at an outdoor wedding.

For context my son is 14 and on the smaller/slimmer side: 5 ft even and about 110 pounds. This is actually a size 12 and it fit PERFECTLY! Had I not ordered so last minute I would have had the pants tailored for length but overall this look was more than I imagined it would be!

The faux velvet material looked really nice in person and felt lightweight, so my son stayed comfortable most of the night (at least until he started dancing!). We didn’t end up using the pants since we had a better-fitting pair, but the jacket looked sharp and photographed beautifully. Jackets like this would easily cost around $100 at a tux store, so this was definitely a great value for the price.
