Came with a broken disk drive but as I don't use that technology, it does not impair my rating for this computer. I like the computer very much and at the price it is a good value. I will buy from this vendor again without reservations.

I am using this computer for my home based business. It was easy to get set up and works great for the use as a business computer. You will need to buy adapters for the monitor.

I was looking for a way to replace a Windows 10 computer that had suffered a major hardware failure when I ran across this computer on Amazon's website. It was less expensive than buying the parts and doing my own assembly. Setting it up was time consuming (even though I didn't have to spend time building it) but it works better than I had ever hoped it would. Boot time is fantastically short. unlike my old computer I can actually be productive in a minute or two, rather than the 10-15 minutes my old computer took. I don't use it for gaming but with photography as a hobby, I need good graphics. This computer fills the need nicely - right out of the box without any component changes.

The "wireless" and "bluetooth" connections are small slow dangles. They should just leave those out of the box and sell the system as not having either feature. The monitor jack is different than any I've seen. HDMI would work fine, but something else is used for the sake of being different. Just a solid honest forthright description would raise my opinion of this little machine.

Update: The wifi adapter it came with kept disconnecting and my downloads wouldn't finish. So I got a new one here and it fixed the issue. It was cheap. Otherwise, pc still running with no issues.Just received it today. Set up was quick and easy. Keyboard and accessories are cheap, but they work. My old wifi adapter didn't work with this, but the one they provided, along with the Bluetooth work great. Pc is fast. Win 11, all specs check out. Inside was clean. Only issue so far is a tiny screw that was loose inside the she'll. I sat it aside until I figure out where it goes. I still have to test how it handles my vsts and plugins for music. I don't doubt it can handle those.Will update if any issues arise. Better than my laptop I was using.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished PC, especially because of all the bad reviews, but I honestly couldn't be happier with this purchase. I now work from home, and my employer required me to get a PC with specific specs, but buying it brand new was way out of my budget.I've had this PC for a month now, and let me tell you, I've never worked on a computer this dang fast. When I start it up each morning, it LITEREALLY takes ONE minute or less for my sign-on screen to pop up. Once I'm in, everything opens up INSTANTLY! The very first start up prompted me to setup the PC with all my information and download Windows, even that was very easy and fast. Also, I must add that the computer hasn't crashed once since I've had it.I would absolutely buy this again.

This product has several issues. First it has some sort of power startup problems. Every time I boot this computer up I worry it’s going to not boot up. The screens flicker and it takes a long time to boot up. Much longer than the computer I’m replacing, which is the same computer except not a refurbished unit. It should perform the same, but this one is much slower. Secondly, it is very noisy when it starts acting oddly the fan starts getting very loud and the whole machine starts getting very loud. And on occasion, as I was going through set up, the screens would flicker because of some sort of power fluctuation. Third it was not completely refurbished. The system image or BIOS splash was never wiped and the initial screen that comes up is from the Qatar’s government or education system and it remains after initial setup so it was never completely wiped. I’m glad it had a 90 day return policy because I bought it in August and simply hadn’t installed it because the last one was working well I just needed a computer with more storage space. But I am returning this product. I just don’t trust it and it clearly is not working correctly.

Bought this June 2025 and it ran well until the end of August 2025 when it began to make a horrible loud noise w/ black screen alert saying CPU fan failure. I contacted the company directly and they offered me 2 options - send me replacement CPU fan or replacement tower. I chose replacement tower. They sent the tower quickly and it's working great with no complications.I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because the original tower I purchased failed and caused me a bit of inconvenience but they replaced it without delay and provided excellent customer service assistance. I am a happy customer.This tower is a great price and the customer service was great, I will be purchasing future towers this way.

Great product at a good price. Thought it had HDMI ports, but they were Display Adapters ports - had to get a display to HDMI adapter to connect to my monitor. Other than that, extremely happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend.

I have to say I was skeptical ordering a renewed computer. I got it to replace my wifes old Dell desktop that was slower than molassas in winter. So I figured I would get her this one as it was a faster processor, more ram, and more storage capacity. It will do everything she wants and more. Well after getting it set up and data transferred the computer runs like a striped A$$ ape. Fast, and runs without a glitch. Great Value for the money, it is much more of a computer than she would have gotten in a New unit. And 100 times better than what we recycled.
