08-03-2026Great for beginners at home or a light workout on the go! I've had this product now for almost a week & I have used it every day since receiving it. As far as I can tell this is a quality product for what it is. As advertised it is great for any height, lightweight, very portable, easy to use in tight spaces, sets up very quickly,(I believe it took me about one minute Max to set up & that was mostly just reading the kgs on the tube bands & attaching the clips while taking my time) with no complications save for the rollers for the bar. As soon as I went to put the rollers on the bar I was struggling. both rollers just would not fit on one end of the bar but would on the other. The bar comes in three pieces so confirmed they were not end specific so then, I took the roller wheel bore it out with a pocket knife to actually get it on the bar but it wasn't a lot all I needed was approximately the thickness of an American dime at most & once it was on everything worked beautifully! I am very impressed with what I can do on it but I also know that I do not work out currently as hard as the guy in the product videos which is why I have said for beginners & a light workout as that is all I am, & that is all I have done so far, so that is what I can recommend though I will update as I progress & go harder but in the meantime hopefully this helps.
