08-03-2026It’s Velcro holding the pieces together so very easy to cut through with plastic knife which is included x2. I believe these are great for educational purposes. Super cute and most all pieces are not choking hazards however a few of them come apart into smaller pieces that could potentially be choking hazards if you have smaller children in the house. A large variety of fruits, veggies, and meat. Definitely worth it!!

08-03-2026This set is amazing! I 10/10 recommend it.My 2 1/2 year old loves this set! Even my 6 1/2 year old enjoys cutting the fruits open. It’s oddly soothing to cut the Velcro. The foods are extremely realistic and really high quality. When you cut open several of the fruits/vegetables the inside is a true representation of what the inside of the real fruit looks like. For example the pomegranate has little perils and the bell pepper has the white pith and seeds. The crab and egg are also especially well done.It is a little more expensive than other sets but when you consider the quality and size of this set then it’s totally worth it!

08-03-2026My one year old absolutely loves this! We will spend awhile pulling apart the food and Velcro it back together. Babies love Velcro and it is super cute to watch my baby use her strength to pull it apart and make a confused but determined look until she gets it lol. There are a lot of pieces, fruit, veggies, fish and meat. A couple of pieces have smaller pieces inside of them which I am withholding for now until she gets bigger. There are buckets and stickers which you apply the stickers yourself, they help separate the food by either colors or proteins/veggies etc. there are a couple of plates and a plastic knife to “cut open” the food. Also withholding for now so no choking or anything. Overall, would recommend this to keep your babies/toddlers busy!

It comes with a shopping basket (to purchase the items), loads of different colored fruits, veggies, and even some proteins to prepare meals and snacks, and knives/plates to prep and serve with.The pieces are velcroed together and easily pull apart or cut apart with the play knives that are included (these are very cleanly made plastic, not pokey or spikes in any way. They won't harm toddlers fingers)They even come with little plates to serve their little masterpieces. 10/10 would recommend
