They fit two size but my grandbaby wears a size 13 shoe and I just ordered the medium size 4 to 10 shoe because the socks after washing they tend to get a little too tight on her feet all kids are different she's very highly sensitive so I have to have the socks with room. They are made a littler on the thicker side the best choice for us this is my third order of these socks because pretty much the only one she'll wear so far I highly recommend them
