I am a size 8 shoe, bought the small/medium, and they work great for barre. They have a tight fit so my feet don't slip, and the grips are strong enough to hold for planks and slider moves. I even went into a class tonight with an older pair on and thought I was in trouble but the grips still held well! Overall a good affordable substitute for more expensive socks - I think they may even be holding up better over time than some of my more expensive pairs.

Received all white and not Multi coloured as stated and shown in photo. States Geniune Aoliks but don't think so. Contacted for refund but just being difficult.

I love these and just purchased my second pack. These are great for exercise or just wearing around the house. I have all hardwood flooring, which can be slippery on the stairs, and these are perfect for walking around/up and down the stairs. I wear a size 10 and they fit great

High quality, wear 7.5 grips are great for Pilates. Great value.

Good traction on tile and studio floors, and the elastic stays put without cutting in. Thin, breathable knit—nice for Pilates and yoga in warm weather. I’ve machine-washed inside out a few times; the grips are still intact and sizing hasn’t shrunk.
