After powering up the console and controllers, no game would begin after pushing the START button on either controller.I had to:(1) push SETTING button on right side on console(2) select Key customization(3) map controller buttons(4) select System configuration(5) change Handle settinghandles were red in colorchanged handles to gray(6) Save Setting & RebootYESAfter making those changes, I was finally able to start playing games.

First off you might as well "NOT" read the instruction that comes with this unit as they don't match the equipment. First make sure to insert the USB receiver into the unit. On each hand controller their are on\off switches. Turn the unit on first. Next turn on the controllers. If the controllers are on, you will need to turn them off and back on for them to pair with the unit to control it. Next hit the Start button to get to the menu for the different types of games. HIGHLY recommended as there is WAY too many games to just scroll through them. Once you find the category you want to play push the "Y & B" buttons at the same time to enter that category of games. Left & right will go through the list 10 at a times forward or back. Once you locate the game push the "Y" button, and then "Start" to play the game. Hit "Select" to get to the Exit menu and "Y" button to get out of the game and back to the menu. I like that it has an HDMI port to a TV. To connect to the TV. Connect it and then turn on the game console. It worked very well. My only complaint is that the stand is very cheap. If you bend it upward it will snap. I accidentally picked it up by the stand and it snapped. As it was very new the company replaced the unit, but I imagine I will break it again.

I'm a video game fanatic so I like the old school classics arcade game which brings back memories very entertaining and worth the value and performs great

I'm giving a 3 out of 5 stars for product is decent, but, most of the older games are name so different.. example Frogger is called frog crossing the river or something like that.The unit uses 1 usb dongle for to controllers.If you start the system with just 1 controller on, it defaults as controller 2. Thus you loose joystick control for one player game.However if you start the unit with both controllers on, you can determine the 1st controller player 1 by the green led lite. 2 is red.You can turn off the 2 controller and play with the p1 controller. If you restart, you need to setup again.There must be a way to make 1 controller player 1 if it's the only one on. Not 2 .Lots of games on the surface but lots of repeats.It's is very portable and probably great for kids that little younger than me (76).I'm trying to get retro..The customer service was great. Helping alot but to me, too many steps to achieve gaming.And finding my old favorite was challenging.Had to search and test finding my normal games, not many.

Definitely a good product and the games are quite fun. I typically buy a lot of clones and this is definitely a good purchase. Efficient and fun

Sent me a dirty used system that never came on. I requested an exchange and that system didn’t work either, finally requested a refund and now I’m waiting potentially a month or more to get my money back. Don’t waste your time.

Right out of the box this was unusable. Had I not read 2 reviews and found exact instructions on setup of keypad and system, I would have sent this thing back. Big thanks to 80s Arcader!!The games aren’t great, mostly 90s games. And tons and tons of duplicate games. This was disappointing. Reached out for some support and found out Seller is Shanghai . Out to swindle folk. Product is garbage and is seller too.One big issue is that mine seemed to arrive with a damaged or defective screen. The screen has pixel issues as if something is rubbing up against the screen from the inside. You can see the moving spot underneath as the elevator guy comes down right under the rope. It’s incredibly annoying, almost like taking an eye exam. Seems a common issue from comments.
