For so long I have been overweight and trying different things to help me lose weight. I did my research and although the price was a little high, I decided to purchase the vibration plate. I started using it immediately, a few times a day for 10 minute sessions. I ate as normal. After 10 days, yes 10 days I didn't drop weight but what I did notice was my cottage cheese legs were gone and my skin was smooth. I noticed in the areas of my body where my fat was stored there were no longer lumpy fat deposits and I even began to develop tone I'm my legs. Even my husband commented on how smooth my legs looked and felt.After 14 days I did began to lose a couple pounds. I am 17 days in and I am overjoyed by the results I'm seeing. So for anyone who is struggling to buy this machine, I say do it. If you can not afford to do so wait for it to go one sale or save up for it. It is completely worth it. I have recommended this machine to all my family and friends. 3 of them have already purchased it. The way it works is as we gain weight the fat cells begin to get larger and larger. The vibration plate breaks down those fat cells so you body can more easily dispose of them. The machine is nice and sturdy and has various settings. The LED screen is easy to read. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it. I never write product reviews but this machine works so well everyone should own one. If I could afford it I would give all my family members one for Christmas, yes it is that good. Don't believe me then go do your own research. I am in love and grateful I got it. I don't know how it will hold up over time but I sure will let you know if I have any issues in the future.

This vibration plate is amazing. It removes all the excess bloat from my body and man can I feel a difference when I go a couple days without it. I feel sluggish and bloated and stiff. You have to do this regularly for results but it is completely worth it. And yes, the itching in the beginning is normal. But if you’re consistent, the itching goes away. 10/10. Can’t imagine not having one of these ever again.

I've had this for a few months now. I gave away my stand up one because the handles got so wobbly that I didn't want to keep using it.I put this one right on my desk chair with a hard flat base under it and literally sit on it while I'm at my computer. I turn it on a few times a day, and it truly helps with getting things to move, lymph drainage, and even a little muscle loosening. I thought it might not be so great since it's not the expensive brands, but I feel it works great.Highly recommend. A++***

I bought this vibration plate 6 months ago. I loved the ease of use & how it helped with balance.Recently, the power cord quit working. I contacted the seller & after verifying how it doesn't work, I was sent a new machine. I got the new one yesterday. I'm so excited to set it up and use it!

I've prolonged this purchase for months and recently had a panic attack due to stress. My body was so tensed.
