Those requirements brought me to the Bamboo Cool underwear about a year ago which I love and still have which is a testament to their high quality. The pajama pants are the same comfortable texture and cooling qualities but in a long pant. They are the perfect fabric weight for sleepwear, and reasonably priced when compared to other bamboo products. I found them to fit fine around the waist with the drawstring, but they do run a little long, which is fine as long as you're not going outside.
