The winter coat fits true to size, maybe slightly larger, but this worked well since my daughter wore layered clothing underneath. It was great for playing in the snow and suitable for school. I love all the pockets! The hood can be removed with a zipper. My only minor complaint is that after a few washes, the hood zipper has started to unzip more easily than before. However, this hasn't caused any problems. The coat lasted throughout the winter, and my daughter will be able to use it again next winter as well! Excellent quality and definitely worth the purchase.

I initially liked this coat. I got it for my daughter because it looked very warm and was similar to a coat I own. However, she’s only had this coat for a month and teeth are breaking off of the zipper. She’s not doing anything to cause the zipper to break, the pieces are just falling off. And now I’m outside of the return window so I can’t exchange it for a new coat. Because of the poor zipper quality I would not recommend purchasing this coat.

I bought this winter coat for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. It’s a nice weight for our Buffalo winters and really cute with lots of pockets. The furry lining is soft and cozy and adds some extra warmth. Zipper works great and the hood can be taken off if desired. My granddaughter is a petite eight year-old and the small fit her with room to grow.So glad I bought this for her!
