08-03-2026I'm a 6'1" 230lb guy. The XL pads were not large enough for me. The elbow pads were OK, the wrist pads are somewhat movement-restrictive but seem like they will protect well. The knee pads were too small and barely fit my legs. They were not large enough to provide much protection, but they would be much better than nothing. I normally wear 187 Killer pads. The knee pads were about the same size as my 187 Killer elbow pads. I may eventually wear the wrist pads when my current pads wear out, but the rest of the pads are not useful to me. For the price, I'd rather spend a bit more and get larger, more protective pads like the 187 Killer pads.These pads might be good for kids or ladies, but they just are inadequate for a big guy like me doing roller sports.

08-03-2026These work amazing. I love how it came with wrist splints as our baby is learning how to skate. She has fallen so many times and they still look new and she has not broken anything. They fit snug as you want or as loose as you want.

08-03-2026I bought these protection guards for myself. I ordered the XL because it said it was listed for kids. They seem to fit me pretty well. I'm a 5'1" adult that weighs about 145. They also are pretty comfortable to use for a couple of hours. I haven't had them on for a full day.
