I'm going to give this a 4 because as good as it's being, wondering how far it will take me... only on level 3, haven't even maxed yet. Price is decent. Padding electricrods are nice because you don't have to worry about extra stuff or cost...

I’ve only been using this muscle stimulator for a couple of days, but I already really like it! It’s comfortable, easy to use, and I can feel it working on my core. The stimulator is really comfortable. It is very easy to put on doesn’t hurt or rub uncomfortably. It is very portable and easy to move around while wearing. I like that I can clean the house or just relax and watch TV all while wearing this. It has 6 different modes and 19 intensity levels. I appreciate that it offered so much variety because I definitely needed to start out on some of the lower intensity levels at the beginning in order to get used to the device. Once I did, though, I found it very relaxing and could really feel it working. I also like how each mode really feels like you’ve done an entirely different exercise. The stimulator itself is extremely easy to use. You spray a little water on the stimulator and it is ready to go. I will continue to use this and I’m looking forward to seeing the results.
