08-03-2026First of all the unit seems very well made and is packaged and wrapped well. It works well but there are a lot of strange quirks! First of all getting at the filter is a 2 person job - seriously, and I see nothing on amazon for a replacement. Second when the unit reaches the set temp for heating it does shut down but it keeps oscillating, a ridiculous waste and you have to remember to shut it off even though it isn't running. The last thing is when you set the temperature it is only in Celsius so my fellow U.S. citizens get out your conversion chart and memorize it :)

08-03-2026I do NOT recommend buying this fan if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to a Dyson. The tiny slots that push out the air are not powerful so you end up with very weak airflow. I also immediately noticed that using the heating function was making the air in the room feel very dry (something that my other, much cheaper heater was not doing). I was hoping to replace my fan and space heater with a single unit and get something that functions at least similarly to a Dyson, but this was very disappointing. I was happier with my cheap $20 Walmart heater (which came with a thermostat at least) and separate $20 Walmart fan. I did like the oscillating feature and the low noise level, and it has different heat levels you can set it to, but you can't adjust fan speed when in heat mode and without a thermostat the heat never shuts itself off so it will eventually get too warm.

08-03-2026Update to my previous review: after a couple of messages to and from the seller’s customer service, I’m pleased to say that they are great to work with and have resolved the issue with the fan. I still recommend buying this fan because fan is great, it moves a lot of air and the heater heats up a larger area than it says in the description. I use two of the med size and one of the small ones and they keep the house toasty and use two window shakers to keep it cool in the Florida heat. I think I mentioned it above, the customer service is great. They responded to my review and within a couple of days they are sending me a replacement fan. I deducted 1 star because it quit working. My other one is still working great and so is the small one I bought. I think that the small pc board has probably cracked or the connection where the cord goes in is not making contact.. I can wriggle the cord and it will start up and stop as I wriggle it. I’m not much for talking with trying to contact customer service because of everyone going to AIs.. I’m not going to bash the seller nor the product because my other 2 are working just fine. I have a small and a medium sized to keep my house warm and I use a couple of window shakers to keep it cool..The combination of the 5 units are a savings on my power bill also, $145/mo difference from using the central a/c and heat.

08-03-2026When mine originally arrived, the remote that came with it was defective and basically unusable. After contacting their support team, they were able to help get a replacement remote sent out at no extra cost to me, which arrived much faster than expected, and now that I've been able to test out all of the functions on the device I can confirm that it's amazing. The heat is strong, the fan cools the area quickly, and the unit in general is very quiet. Excellent deal for the price with a great support team!

08-03-2026Worked when Initially purchased. Stopped working fully after 9 months.Initially when I purchased this it was a god send, truly what we needed for our home. It was great, an air filter, heater, and fan all with an oscillating feature. Unfortunately we used this regularly and we noticed that once we started leaving it on fan mode, oscillating it would automatically shut off. We thought we had accidentally set a time on on it but it wasn't. We can use the oscillating feature anymore without it turning off within the first few minutes. I have changed the air filter, reset the device, unplugged it and plugged it back in and it still doesn't resolve the issue. All in all not worth it if it can't do what it is supposed to do.The heating function of the fan worked for a few more months but it has completely stopped working and won't even turn on when plugged in.
