08-03-2026This very pretty piece is designed by Carleen Jewelers in Manhattan, New York, and made in China. It looks just as good in real life as it does in the Amazon web page and works best worn against a medium to dark background.The cultured pearl has a good lustre and is to the specified size (I measured it at 9.35mm diameter) and well-shaped, being nicely spherical. The well-finished silver mount carries a 925 stamp of purity.The chain can be worn at a choice of three lengths - 15.5, 16.5 and 17.5 inches set by rings at one end. It's quite fine and, although I don't think it's likely to break in wear, the pendant would also work with a slightly heavier chain without being overwhelmed by it. It's tasteful rather than blingy and could be worn at any time, during the day or the evening. My wife likes it, and so do I.

08-03-2026Imagine my surprise when I open up a fancy box only to find it empty except for a chain to go with the pendant that was not there.UPDATE!!Well the jokes on me! I checked some of the other comments and discovered that the pendants were very small. I opened up the empty box and found the envelope with the bottom with the chain and sure enough there was a microscopic pennant in the chain envelope!!The sad thing was, I had ordered a second pendant since I assumed the first one was missing! Sure enough the second one was just a tiny!I know people enlarge images of Jewlery, but the pictures online are almost 20 times the size of the actual product. I thought my buying from Amazon online the vendor would be vetted better.I am returning them both. With the thought in my head “ shame me once shame on you, shame me twice shame on me” From here on out I will be doing business with Jewlery people who are in brick and mortar’s.
