Carhartt Adjustable Waist Pack, Durable, Water Resistant Hip Pack

This is a very good waist pack. It’s really well made and high quality. I stopped using my purse because it was too heavy. You can fit a billfold, a small cell phone, keys, and sunglasses, along with small tissue packet. Zippers are high quality, too.

Perfect little go bag

I work in a Pre-Kindergarten to Second Grade School and make daily trips to the playground for recess supervision.I purchased this particular pouch/bag/fanny pack to help organize and carry the items needed for that job! These include the mundane tissues and Band-Aids, as well as PPE such as gloves. I also carry positive behavior tickets that are used in our building to promote best behavior.This bag keeps everything organized, fits into my roller case until needed, is durable, well-designed, and easy to put on and take off. It's very comfortable to wear as well.As it performs the task that I require of it so incredibly well, I can only assume that it would perform others equally as well.

Just what I was looking for! Several pockets, light weight, easy and quick access!

I picked up the grey Carhartt Essentials Bag recently, and it’s quickly become my go-to for everyday carry. The build quality is classic Carhartt—tough, weather-resistant, and surprisingly roomy for its compact size. It’s got multiple compartments that make it easy to keep things organised, whether I’m out on a walk or heading to work. The grey colour is understated but stylish, and it pairs well with pretty much anything. My only gripe is that the front pocket’s a bit snug for larger items, but for keys, cards, and bits and bobs, it’s spot on. All in all, it’s a sturdy, no-nonsense bag that does the job well.

I got this to wear when we go to festivals or fairs so that I can keep in-of-emergencey medical items & my ID, money & phone close to me, as opposed to behind me, in a backpack . I had to buy an extension so it wasn't pulling at my neck, and the extension, an off-brand, was an exact colors match & fit like a glove. No more pull & I wore the pack close by each time. Carhart is a VERY STEADY brand and holds up to its reputation. All I had to do is wipe the sack with a warm, damp cloth.

This is the most roomy Fanny I own, I actually bought this brown one because I have it in pink and it’s great! The multiple pockets and long adjustable strap are very convenient. It’s true carhartt material so strong and durable. The clasp has a loud audible click to assure locking. It even has a little loop for hanging from the body of the bag. The inside key lanyard is great ! I move with ease throughout my day and I wear it crossbody so it stays put on my side or my front for easy access to my phone\ wallet. Comfortable lightweight carry’s a lot and the color is classic carhartt

So as part of the ongoing saga to find the best waist pack, I purchased this one from Carhartt. The quality overall you really can’t beat it. Carhartt does make very good products. The construction on this bag is wonderful. The zippers work flawlessly and there are just the right amount of compartments. You don’t get a ton of organization however as It’s just the main compartment the front smaller zipper, and then one other little spot. But this bag holds a lot of stuff. I managed to hold an iPhone 16 Pro Max, my keys, my wallet, my multitool, my flashlight, tissues, small first aid kit, and several other items in this bag with no problems, and I still had room in there if I needed to cram in a few extras. I really like having the Grab handle on top of the bag as it gives you another option to carry it without just having to use the waist strap. I bought this to use as a waist back and conceivably you could wear it as a Crossbody, but the strap is somewhat shorter than other brands that I have tried and may not be what you’re looking for in terms of length for a Crossbody as it tends to sit quite high on the chest. Now the strap is a wide strap which I really appreciate as the ones with the narrow straps tend to sag more and just don’t provide enough support. The buckle clip is strong and durable and I appreciate the fact that I can adjust the belt from both sides, which makes on the go adjustments very easy. I ended up deciding to alternate between this and one other bag depending on the circumstance and what I’m doing most of the time is to use this bag throughout the week, more as a work bag and I use the other bag as my off work bag. So far it is held up quite well. I did manage to get it a little wet it wasn’t a big deal. While it’s not waterproof it did keep the water from getting to the internal items. Now I wouldn’t go throw this in the ocean, but it should hold up to just normal every day exposure to liquids. The only thing that would be nice, Is if the interior were a different color. I know a lot of different bad companies now do that and it’s great when it’s executed well because it does make locating items much easier. Sometimes I do have to use my little mini flashlight to be able to see where things have shifted in the bag but overall if you need a durable well-made, higher capacity bag that isn’t gonna stick out 6 inches from your waist, I would definitely recommend this one. Carhartt is known for the quality and in this case they definitely delivered

Perrrrrrfect!! Not too big. Not too small. Has great sized compartments that are easily accessible. Very comfortable for my crossbody wearing and not intrusive during movement. Would love to see Carhart rid the buckle to scale its appearance down and do a combo adjustment with a 3 snazzy snap or Velcro. Maybe even a “buckle” style with adjustable holes for length modifications. The plastic buckle just seems cheap on a great design. I like the “handle” ~ a nice touch for picking up your bag.
