This wallet looks just like my ridge wallet for a fraction of the price. It is just as strong, looks great, and holds bills and cards without slipping. Why pay 90 dollars for a brand when this brand is just as good. I know because I had a ridge. I lost it, and made a wiser choice to replace it.
I bought this for a trip to Europe. I live in NY, I feel safe in the city and I don’t worry too much about crime. But I read so much online about Europe before our trip, and one of the main points I came across was to watch out for pick-pockets. So I bought this wallet with the intent of clipping it on the inside of the waist of my pants, and my belt would cover the clip. I figured some people conceal carry firearms in holsters that fit the same way, so a little wallet should be fine. And it was.By the way, Europe was incredible. I felt safe walking even through some of the so-called “shady” areas. And talking to locals about life in Europe, many said they would never come to New York (where I’m from) “because of all the crime and violence happening.” So there might be some misunderstandings here.I had the wallet clipped inside of my pants waistband for most of the trip, and it was comfortable and often times I forgot it was there. It was easy to clip and unclip if I was paying for something, and it held all the cards and items I needed. The only “almost-incident” I had is that I forgot about it clipped on the inside of my pants, and when I went to use the restroom it fell off my pants and onto the floor. But otherwise it was solid.I’m giving this wallet 4 stars, because while the wallet was excellent and did everything I needed it to, I only wanted it for the trip. I typically have a leather wallet (that I made myself) and it fits well in my back pocket. But the problem with these hard metal card wallets is the wear and tear it puts on your clothing. This wallet will eventually wear out your pockets or any clothing it is rubbing against or clipped to. So I don’t really have a need for this wallet because I don’t want to damage my clothing. The 4 stars is because of how well this wallet is designed, and how nice the metal is, especially for the price. The cards are easy to insert or remove, and it does look cool. But I don’t want to damage my pants. I would happily accept any suggestions or recommendations on the best way to use this wallet to prevent that damage. For those who have never had a problem with these metal card wallets damaging their clothing, then this is an absolutely perfect wallet, 5 stars for sure, great price, and looks cool.
Excellent wallet, less space taken up in my pocket. Easy to get cards out. And has a money clip. You also get extra screws in case the existing ones loosen up and drop out. I got a good tip for you. Get some clear nail polish, (I used my wife's) and drop a tiny dab on top of each screw. This will keep the screw locked against the body of the wallet. This way, it never moves. It is an old Hot Rod trick from the days of adjusting old carburetors.
Fits perfectly
Not bad, but I think there is better ones out there. The profile is good since it fits well in my front pants pocket, but my cards are getting beat-up pretty bad from sliding in and out of the wallet since the elastic is so tight. For this style, I don't see how you can get around that-- If the fit isn't tight the cards would slip out. Also, it is cumbersome getting cards in/out of the wallet; the indent on the bottom makes it easy to push the cards out where you can reach them, but they come out as a solid block of cards and with the tight elastic it isn't easy spreading them out to find what you are looking for.Overall it isn't bad -- it holds a lot of cards, but I prefer the spring loaded type that staggers the cards when you press a button.
It’s a nice wallet feels good in your hands comes in a nice box package well. It’s a perfect gift for boyfriend, husband father, etc.. The clip part is sturdy. I like to put my ID and fold my money and put it in there. Nothing slips out. I have about 12 cards in it and it holds thwm all nice and tight.
Great gift for the men in your life! My husband doesn’t like traditional wallets or carrying anything in his back pockets. I got him this to try and he loves it. It’s super slim but he can fit all his cards and cash inside. It fits perfectly in his front pocket and doesn’t take up a lot of space. He loves the wood grain look of it as well.
This significantly cut down on bulk since it's so well thinly built! Quality is good and looks dope as hell; Well better than my old school wallet, not to mention the clip that hold cash is also very sturdy, ease of use is great! size of it is basically that of your credit cards size is thin and slim.
This thing is slim, stylish, durable, and light. You get all the essentials with none of the clutter. I highly recommend transitioning from a traditional wallet to one of these, especially as it includes increased security.Occasionally the money clip slows me down, but access to cards is easy and fast, I easily carry 10 cards and can stretch to more if needed.
