I have wrist trouble and have never found a comfortable way to do push ups or exercises on all 4’s. These push up bars seem like a good solution. They wood is unfinished but is smooth and feels good to hold. There are 4 pads on the bottom so they don’t slide. I have small hands and the handle is pretty big but that actually seems to work better than a more narrow handle. These are lightweight and easy to store. These feel better to use then just hands on the floor and I recommend them!
Good price, well put together. I am working at using them more reliably, right now I'm working my way up to doing more fancy things
My 13 year old son says he really likes these. Very smooth wood to handle, very.He knows about 6 different ways to use these to increase core, arm,& biceps strength. He is gaining strength daily. We live in a small house and he has to share a bedroom. We don’t have room for fancy large equipment. So this & a chin up bar as his go-to home exercises. They are a nice quality and fairly lightweight. His only complaint is he wishes the handle was a tad thinner/smaller in diameter for the size of his hands. Just a preference.Highly recommend these.
Mon fils est heureux en plus ils sont léger
Best value I found on the market at around $20 if I remember correctly. The dowels are good size for gripping and never gave me splinters, the bottoms have little pads I think which help with gripping the floor. Sturdy stuff, looks good too, helps with L-sit and V-set and press handstand training. At around 170lbs I never felt and concern about the parallettes breaking in the slightest
I have owned these for 8 months now and despite using them conistantly for planche excercises, handstands etc.. they work amazing with no sign of any wear and tear whatsoever. Very good price quality and great price compared to other sellers
