I have used this for a week now and it works great. It targets your muscles and allows you to workout your abs while doing other tasks, working, or just relaxing watching TV. You can feel your abs contract and can change modes/intensities as needed.Similar products have been around for years, but this is a much improved version. The older products were not as comfortable and required weird gels that you would have to wash off and clean every time you used it. This one just requires a water, which makes it so much easier and convenient to use. A small refillable spray bottle is included and works great.I am already in pretty decent shape, but I want to keep it that way. I do some cardio and pushup/pullups, but I sometimes lack the motivation for sit-ups, so this is a great substitute. It's much more versatile since you can wear it while doing other things. I would highly recommend this as a way to help tone muscles.

There are many EMS ab stimulator belts out here on Amazon so I wanted to make sure that I was reading all the comments/reviews to ensure that the customer service was top tier. I have a couple of EMS muscle stimulating products and regardless of how expensive something is, I realized that the main thing is how well you can get the pad to fit and lie fully flat on the skin. Any sort of lifting could cause the tingling feeling that could feel more prickly and painful. Some of the ab stimulating belts have a different placement of the pads to mimic the abs but depending on your body composition and also the elasticity of the belt, it becomes quite tricky to keep all the pads lying flat on the body. It's important to note that the material of the belt is a sort of vinyl-plastic which has pros and cons. Sometimes, I've found this material to wear out over time or rip apart. Good thing, compared to fabric belts, is that it is easier to wipe clean. This belt is flexible enough. I had to also go out of my way to look for a belt that accommodates for a smaller body build (less than 23") which this was. I use the belt for my waist and although the arm belts are too big for me, I use them on my thighs. The placement of the pads on the ab belt is also included in the photos.Great thing about this is that the package includes this nifty USB to 3-usb-c cord so you can charge all three at once. I was really impressed to see that they include an extended 3 year warranty for this product and the after-sales team was very very quick to answer my questions via email. I've also read in the comments/previous reviews that the customer service was quick to replace broken parts/items which was a main reason as to why I purchased this in the first place.Overall, really pleased with the product. I didn't buy for any sort of muscle building but more so for pain management and general toning. It seems to output similar power to some of the more expensive EMS products I own and I appreciate the different modes. It takes a bit to learn which mode suits which body part but that wasn't/isn't a problem at all!

The belt is easy to use and lightweight.I do not give 5 stars for one reason: the short duration of the charge, I need to recharge too often for my taste... but apart from that all ok.

This product does stimulate your muscles, similar to a TENS unit, but it is more useful for reducing muscle pain than realistically building muscles, hence three stars as product is over-hyped regarding muscle building.
