08-03-2026Seems sturdy, but I only used 5 lbs on it, and bought it this week. There was no instructions in the box, and the package seemed previously opened, but generally, seems alright. Fit fine.

08-03-2026Wear this because someone, no matter what you do, no matter what you wear, no matter how unfriendly you already loook - always wants to talk while you are trying to lift. You will have no more friends when you don't want them.It also functions well as a harness for neck exercises, its well made and has lots of loops and clips and straps and velcro. The Elephant Man could make this work with his head. Its comfortable and stays put. You could leverage this for a wide range of movements. You could use it as part of a leash system for an unruly child or a pet chimpanzee. Just make sure they dont gain control of the chain.For the less than 1% of people who actually do neck work, you need a harness like this. It replaced my old leather head gear and the two aren't even comparable. This blows the traditional leather style away via the adjustability and additional retention. If you dont do any neck specific work........ either you actually don't need to, someone lied to you or you should be and just don't. If you should be and just don't, or you do and don't have a head harness than this is an excellent choice.

08-03-2026I am extremely familiar with neck harnesses and I have been training since I was a teenager. I am extremely strong and know what I am doing. This is hands down the worst neck harness I have ever used. It fits correctly but the stitching popped out on my second use of it. This caused the weight to shift drastically and suddenly which injured my neck. The total load on the chain was 15lbs. Avoid it all costs. They should be sued before somebody is seriously injured. I am following up with my doctor and may pursue further action
