Waited to leave a review until I actually used itI told my husband we are not getting any younger & carrying my purse for hours while traveling has become so heavy w/ it becoming the carry all for both of us so maybe I should get a small under seater bag to throw it into.I hunted for hours for just the right carry on bag & chose this bag for the size & the price as well as the construction. ( wanted an outside water bottle pouch)I would say w/ these smaller bags the wheels can be an issue so looking at how this bags wheels were I felt they would be sturdy. We just loved it ♥♥♥♥♥ I think my husband loves it more so maybe I should have gotten pink lolIt fit under the seat on an airplane with no problem.Had tons of room inside & ended up throwing my purse on top so I didn't have to lug that around the airport. It is nice & lightweight too!If it broke I would order another for the price I paid.
***Update*** They took their time but Bagsmart reached out & offered to replace the bag. I’m grateful but not overly optimistic that it will stand up to airline abuse. Likely won’t use the built in lock if gate checking again! This bag is an underseat carry on - exactly what I wanted for many reasons. It’s pretty & I got it to coordinate w a Delsey hard case that I check. I never intended to check this one. AA had other plans. Second trip w this carry on I was on a small regional jet & AA forced a gate check. When I got it back the zippers are broken & unusable. The pulls are metal & seem nice & sturdy. The actual piece that closes the zipper is plastic-see pic. Not returnable & no seller info. Would’ve been perfect if airline didn’t trump my intent but can’t say this bag can stand up to the last minute gate check. Not even once.
I haven’t used on a trip yet but it seems pretty sturdy. I like the TSA locking mechanism in case I would have to check at gate if the plane is tiny. The handle seems quite sturdy. The wheels are spinner and move easily. It’s very cute. The front pockets are great to get items you want to have easier access to for traveling. It’ll hold those things you just don’t want to lose or might need if plane is delayed.
Great size for a quick over night trip lots of space , fits easily in overhead bin and under the seat as a carry on. Excellent quality, looks great, easy zippers, sturdy collapsible handle, smooth wheels. Nice size pockets. Love this bag!
I love this luggage! Just the right size for a weekend trip with plenty of room. We'll made!
This is the perfect suitcase for quick trips. It rolls so smooth, fits quite a bit and the zippers pull easily. Handle goes up and down easily. It’s also adorable which is a plus. Still sleek but is unique enough that it’s easy to spot in an airplane full of black carry-ons. My mom borrowed it for a trip and loved it so much that she asked me to get her the same one for Christmas!
I used this bag for a 2-day work trip and was pleasantly surprised by how much it could hold. Two shirts, two pairs of pants, a makeup case, charging cords, iPad, book, and toiletry kit all fit comfortably in the suitcase. The bag easily slid under the window seat on an American Airlines 737 (though the aisle seat space looked tighter. May not fit). The wheels rolled smoothly across the airport, and the overall design is sleek and stylish. I’m very pleased with the quality and functionality of this bag. Perfect for short business or weekend trips.
Just got back on taking this on a trip to Disney. My wife and I have Travel Pro carry ons that we travel with. Since my daughter only travels with us some of the time and is pretty young, I felt like I would try this bag out and save a few bucks. Naturally, I ended up being the one handling this bag most of the time. What I noticed with it on our first excursion with it is that it is VERY similar to the Travel Pro. The capacity was basically the same. The zippers worked just as they should. The weight was quite similar. The wheels were very smooth and rolled equally as nice. In fact, I was usually pushing both my bag and this one at the same time through the various airports. If I closed my eyes, I could not tell which one was which. It seemed well constructed and showed no signs of wear post trip. The extendable handle was sturdy and worked well. It topped out at most almost 2 inches less than the Travel Pro. For me at 5"-8" that was ideal. I sort of wish that was where my Travel Pro topped out. That is my complaint with the Travel Pro. The handle cannot be put where it would be most comfortable for me. Bottom line is I was pretty impressed with the Bagsmart carry on. Naturally this is just one trip, but I have seen nothing that would give me concern with this bag. I would not hesitate in buying another if needed.
