08-03-2026Super disappointed in the quality of this bracelet. Thought it was absolutely gorgeous and just after 4 months it started to turn color. Not worth the money I spent on it. Also the first time I ordered the box came empty. Had to return the empty box and had a new one sent. Just for it to turn colors after 4 months. I would expect more from Swarovski crystal.

08-03-2026The first time I wore it about in an hour in it fell off. When I picked it up I noticed the latch was stuck open. So the rest of the day I kept checking it. Second time I wore it same thing fell off even after triple checking the latch was in place. That time I didn't notice it falling off and it's lost. Wish I would have overreacted and sent it back but I thought it was probably my fault. But I made sure the second time it was secured evidently it was a defective.

How to clean Swarovski Jewelry
