They are also sized and shaped well for taking a wide range of species that include trout but they’ll give their best performance to those who participate in microfishing. These pre-tied snell rigs are excellent for microfishing enthusiasts who wish to avoid the hassle of tying lines to tiny hooks. These are relatively inexpensive and although I’m sure that one could save money on the hooks themselves- why toil with the headache of tying lines to hooks of this size? Save yourself the time and consider these.

08-03-2026I am using these hooks for DIY walleye spinner rigs for this spring. The pre-tied hooks are tied well, nice and neat, and they make it easy to add some beads, and/or floats and blades. These super sharp #10 hooks are a good size whether using a minnow or a chunk of worm. Tight lines!

08-03-2026The package showed up but didn't have any hooks in it. Ordered a replacement and it showed up. Do you want the other empty package back?The hooks that showed were sharp, knotted well, should work great!

08-03-2026The packaging on this product is horrific. These are tiny hooks, and they came tied to a 2 lb. leader. They were packaged so close together that when you tried to remove one, it would get tangled with the one next to iit. You then end up in a snarl, trying to untangle the mess while wearing waders and standing in a stream.
