08-03-2026I used this board everyday when I wake up is plastic and flimsy but it does what it have to do. The colors are fading a bit which I don't understand why since is never facing the floor. But is simple and easy to set up. I will buy the next level up as soon as this board breaks but I feel like that's not happening any time soon. The handles are really good quality also

08-03-2026Been using it for a month and my strength has gone up and I can go longer with better form, I’ve got some decent results so far, the fact you can move the handles into different slots is good.The handles can dig into your hands so I may look into some gloves, excellent value for money well worth investing in one of the you’ve a home gym set up like me

Porém, acho que seria crucial uma lista dos tipos de flexões e como se posicionar corretamente. Caso contrário, por segurança, imagino que alguém ficaria apenas no mesmo tipo de flexão pra não arriscar se machucar.

08-03-2026I got this on sale during the holidays, it was marked down from $35 to $10.I didn’t know what to expect but it was only $10 so why not give it a try?Well it does not disappoint. The kit comes with several elastic bands and a jump rope on the house, huge plus. But the real treasure here is the push-up board itself.I am not a small man by any means, I am lean and fit but I’m not short or small. This push-up board is amazing. It holds my weight just fine, the plastic that it is made with is extremely durable. It looks a little funny I do have to admit, and I didn’t think it would work as well as it does. I’m glad I was wrong and it has exceeded my expectations!!If you are on the fence about getting this and you can afford it, I’d say go for it.I love doing push-ups barehanded, knuckle push-ups, archer push-ups, you name it. This thing has activated a whole bunch of muscles that I did not know you could activate with push-ups. It’s challenging and I’m equally surprised as I am satisfied.You won’t regret buying one, it’s a lot of fun and you will see results quickly if you really push yourself and give it your all.Cheers!

The handles move to help with different push-up variations. At first I was nervous I wouldn’t like it. But after getting used to using, it’s become a staple in my workout. I’ve bought from this seller before and would definitely buy from them again!
