I found it helped my push up form. It was comfortable and felt strong even on uneven surfaces.

These push-up handles do the job, but they feel a bit lightweight compared to others I’ve used. They’re fine for basic workouts and travel but might not hold up to very heavy use. Still, they’re comfortable and inexpensive, so overall a fair buy.

Sturdy, works great. Sprained my wrist and couldn’t do pushups, these gave a different angle that works.

They are plastic and I can feel them bend under every push, but they have not broke yet. There are other push up bars that are much more sturdy, but these were cheap. I do not have confidence that they will last for years to come.

These just arrived and I tried them in my morning workout. I perform 300 pushups per workout, 3-4x per week. I typically use 20 lb hexagonal dumbbells to act as pushup handles because they are heavy and don't roll easily, but needed a set of handles for travel that were lightweight and disassembled into component parts (2 bases and one U-shaped handle) to easily pack when traveling. These weigh nearly nothing, but are grippy and sturdy. No problem using them today, they stayed firmly in place on my yoga mat and did not roll or slip. However, when disengaging from the handles to stand up, place your knee on the floor to avoid the possibility of the handles to roll or tip or become unstable when you shift your upper body to the standing position. They didn't budge during my actual pushups, just noticed that if I backed off to stand while still holding the handles, they could roll. Just genuflect a bit with one knee and come to standing and you'll be fine. These are going in my suitcase for my next cruise and will avoid the problems I encounter when I can't find hexagonal dumbells in a cruise ship or hotel gym. Wish I had purchased these years ago.
