It works well with my free weights, push-ups, Body Solid 2500, Teeter EZ-Up inside door mounted rack and a lot more. 08-03-2026Tried this with my front squat and it helped keep my elbows up and locked in. Definitely made me feel I could go even heavier since my front rack position felt super solid Also love how the handles are grippy - used it with push ups and my hands felt secure unlike trying to use dumbbells which feel like it could roll from under my grip at any moment.

08-03-2026I’ve used a handful of different pvc push-up handles. Though the product description says this is constructed with metal, it’s not. No worries. I think I like this pair of push up handles a lot more than every other pvc set I e used in the past!
