MVNO customers(Metro, Mint, Ultra, Xfinity, Straight Talk, Spectrum, Cricket, etc.): You will need to "activate" your IMEI with a representative over a phone call(Automated methods will not work). Initially, they will tell you the device is not compatible. You will need to ask them to record the IMEI number anyway. Once that is complete, you will need to ensure you place the sim card into the corresponding slot. IMEI 1 is assigned to sim card slot 1. IMEI 2 is assigned to sim card slot 2. If all prior steps have been properly completed, your phone should begin to operate as expected after a few minutes.

08-03-2026It's a good phone for its price. It works well, the photos are of acceptable quality, and the battery lasts a couple of hours without draining. Overall, I think it's a good buy for its price and quality. The only thing I don't like is the size. It's a bit big for me, but for those who prefer larger phones, it's perfect.

08-03-2026This phone is not unlocked. I called my carrier and my IMEI number was not compatible. I did not get to experience the functionality , speed, battery, or screen quality. The only thing positive I have to say about it is that the packaging was good and the shipping was fine. The price was not bad. I had to print a label off to return it. I had to wait for it to be processed to get my money back to buy another phone. That was an additional week I had to go without a phone. The description is not correct and that was a major problem for me. If a phone is advertised as unlocked, it should be unlocked.
