08-03-2026This printer has been a disappointment from the get-go. It sacrifices quality for speed.I run this printer as a bookkeeper in a business and it frequently misses checks in a print queue, causing a headache for anyone familiar with using accounting software. Trying to print before hitting the power button on the printer to wake it up? Well, you're in for a fun time resetting everything to get the printer to communicate again with the cpu from that point. Tried to get the expansion tray, which should be plug and play. NOPE, this printer struggled to communicate with the expansion tray and when it finally did, no amount of configuring could allow me to print to a specific tray, it always printed from initial tray first.Had an older Brother printer that lasted me for 10+ years until it finally died. As for this printer, I will post a video of me destroying this with a baseball bat once I find an acceptable replacement.

08-03-2026Fast printing and scanning speeds. Can print/scan legal and letter at the same time. Works very well. Love the size of the screen display. Its easy to set up just link it to your wifi and download the app. Very durable. Will have this printer for years to come

08-03-2026We bought this to replace a HP Laserjet 400 All-in-One that was 10 years old. We are not disappointed. The printing is quick and the scanning is even better. The Brother iPrint & Scan software is much better than the scan software for the HP. The document feeder works flawlessly. We don't use the fax function, so I can't report on that feature. This is a great All-In-One machine.

08-03-2026This is an excellent product. A few years ago I decided to get rid of all of my HP printers and replace them with Brothers. HP have been problematic over the years especially with wireless network connectivity. Getting Brothers online and set up is a breeze and they are stable and reliable. The images are always great and the printers are super easy to maintain. I have 12. So I saw this one and since we so alot of scanning sometimes our main combination Ricoh monster is busy so I thought this could be a secondary scanner for those times... and it has really turned into my favorite device. I am using it as my primary printer and copier now and of course for scanning. There is a color version and I plan on buying that before the end of the year. By the way the automatic document feeder is great.

08-03-2026So far I love this printer for its functionality. We use it for our moderately sized business and it has been great for printing, copying, and scanning documents to my computer. Minus one star due to how expensive replacement cartridges are and the fact that it's supposedly an Amazon quick refill item, but when ordered, it took a week or more to ship and USPS refused to deliver it to our business address so we had to wait in line for 30+ minutes to pick it up at the post office.
