08-03-2026The product itself is great, wonderful colors, strong pigments, blends well, and high quality as expected from JS.However, Amazon's delivery methods are horrible and consistently lead to product damage.I've purchased 2 other JS palettes in the past that arrived with no issues, but ever since Amazon switched to flimsy packaging more recently - an envelope instead of a box, and no protection from mishandling - the chances your palette will show up damaged are very high. The first one I ordered arrived with all of the makeup completely broken and a mess of dust. Requested a replacement, which thankfully arrived with the makeup unbroken... but the mirror was shattered and the case closure was broken!Considering how often Amazon packages are mishandled by the delivery people - thrown onto the ground both times in my case - the packaging for such a pricey palette should be sturdier to help prevent these issues.Order at your own risk. Wish these were easier to find in brick and mortar stores.
