08-03-2026I would have like an instruction booklet. I did get everything worked out although there was a little pink and black ball included and I have no idea why?? The set was great ! I will definitely put the bands to good use. Material is good quality, very sturdy . Yes on the whole I was very impressed with these set of exercise band kit. Well worth the price! Thank you!

08-03-2026I lost a ton of weight and lack muscle and i’m dealing with a lot of health issues so i needed something to build muscle but didn’t require bending my back. I’m a weak girl, and these offer not a whole lot of resistance for what they’re labeled. *however*, i stack them and they offer a good challenge that way. 4 stars because they are kinda cheap and weak feeling, i don’t think the resistance pound labels are accurate; otherwise i like them.

08-03-2026Very good quality and insanely durable. I like the length on these too. Very comfortable for workouts. I use these in the hot sauna workouts and get an amazing workout with them without uncomfortable bands! So versatile it gives you little extras for at home workouts as well.

08-03-2026The 10lb one broke/tore the first time I used it. The rest seem to be just fine. It’s convenient to wrap them up and put them in the bag when taking them somewhere. They’re a great addition to Pilates. Good for home work outs.

08-03-2026Appears well made in the short time I used them. Only problem I see is weight resistance. When I looked at other sets, they had much higher resistance. I thought I'd never use certain weights. I already see where the lower weights weren't enough, just starting out. Need to see if I realized that during return framework.
