They have a panel in front that does the majority of compression over the belly button and lower abdomen. Im 150 lbs and I purchased M. They are a little tight on thigh opening, but otherwise great.

The material is very soft and silky making putting them on and taking off much easier than other brands I've purchased. Also, I took a chance at downsizing to a medium...worked perfectly so don't be afraid to downsize. I'm placing my next order NOW!

08-03-2026Exactly what I have been searching for. I love the satiny material (cotton crotch) so they glide on over your bottoms or a dress can slip right over. The cotton panties I’ve bought always seen to bunch up. These panties are comfy and I haven’t had any issues with them rolling down, thank goodness cause I hate that! I had 4 kids and multiple surgeries in the FUPA area (apron) and these do a great job at minimizing the poochiness! My stomach is also smoothed out nicely. I highly recommend these.I am 5’2”, 190 pounds.. bought an XL and they fit very well!
