Luggage set is cute and nice I’ll update on the condition after I use it.

I travelled with this suitcase, set the code as the instructions stated and the large case would not unlock. Spent hours trying to unlock, contacted Kensie and did not get a response. Someone at the resort had to break into my suit case to open it. I’m super disappointed.

Love these!!!!! Plenty of room. Have held up the last few trips great.

Just got this for travel and honestly… I’m impressed. It’s lightweight, rolls super smooth (like glides on the airport floor ), and fits in overhead bins with no issue.The inside has a built-in zipper divider and straps that keep everything in placeI love the sleek look — it gives luxury without the luxury price Would I recommend it? Although it had the stickers on it looked used and it was all scratches out of the box!

Got completely destroyed after one flight. The case is not durable at all. Very disappointed after spending 250 to be ruined after one use.

MUST READ: I see a lot of complaints about scratches straight out of the box- luckily that is not the case as they are not scratches! Let’s start with the Pros!Pros: I got this luggage set on sale for $109! So that was a steal in itself. The handles function extremely smooth, and the wheels roll much smoother than I expected in all directions. The design is extremely cute and the set I got is in the nude color which I love. When I received my package each suitcase was packed inside each other so the box wasn’t too huge- but goes to show you how spacious the 28” is! I love that on the inside there is a mesh divider with a zippered pocket for wet items- and behind that is a BUNCH more space! I am so excited to test out their durability during my flight to Nashville from PDX this coming week- they appear to be easy to clean so ICons: Really, the only con I see is the fact that when you open the box the suitcases are encased in a protective film that resembles Saran Wrap. This protective film was placed BEFORE the parts were assembled so it’s extremely difficult to remove along the edges of the badges, corners, and handles. I did learn they are quite scratch resistant while taking my key to them trying to get the hard to reach film. Don’t try to take it off in a room with less then excellent lighting because I found myself not being able to differentiate between what part I had removed and what part remained (the film is really that tightly wrapped and clear against the shell of the suitcase) other then this- I love it!I will update my review upon return from my travel to report how durable the 28” was as a checked bag and how my 20” did as a carry on!I highly recommend this set- especially if you catch it on sale!
