08-03-2026I have MS and used to be athletic. I can’t hold my dumbbells anymore and struggle with gripping therabands. This gives me a way to work my upper body without taxing my hand strength. I’ve tried a few workouts in the app, but since I do apple fitness and Prehab for physical therapy, I’ll likely just use this band with other workouts. If my ligaments get strong enough, maybe I’ll attempt the other workouts in Pvolve. There’s a decent variety. I can’t speak to the whole system, but just these bands, are great for me and my specialized needs. However, they’re overpriced if you just want bands for upper body work.

08-03-2026Purchased two areas of dislike 1) no routine or exercises given with product only if you sign up for monthly plan do they show the exercise or how to use. 2) The Triangle holding the rubber is only a small piece vs what is shown. Recommend some exercises given with the purchase of a band not to sign up for 14 days to know how to use product.

08-03-2026I have been doing the Pvolve program since 2018 and I don't see myself doing any other type of workout, I've tried enough to know what works and there is nothing like this one. Ditto for the equipment. I know there are dupes available but I am highly suspect of the quality. I know what I'm getting here and it has earned my trust.

08-03-2026Worth every penny. This is one of the best pieces of equipment I have ever used ! The concept works - I have been using the Pband for 2 weeks 10-15 mins 3-4X wk and you can feel it working !!! I looked at cheaper versions at first, but PVOLVE is a very interesting method overall. This may be the start of an amazing new relationship !! : )
