I owned an arm blaster back in the day (late 80's) after seeing an ad in Muscle and Fitness of Arnold using it. After returning to lifting in my 40's and continuing to lift into my mid-50's, I had an urge to buy an arm blaster again, like the one I had in my teens. I was shocked, however, at the cost of the various models sold on Amazon - except for this one. But the very inexpensiveness gave me some pause - am I going to buy a cheapie that will break after a few uses? I went ahead and pulled the trigger, and I'm glad I did. I've used it consistently for about a month now and I can say that it is a quality product. The potential weak points of an arm blaster (e.g. the strap, the rivets) are robust in this model and the padding near the neck area makes it comfortable to use. I'm getting a better pump during my curls/reverse curls and I didn't have to break the bank to do so!
Works well!
Works great
It's a little narrow but does the job
Does it’s job , but it’s ever so uncomfortable
Keeping it 100%, this is what it is, but it works well enough.Pros:Does provide support and helps to isolate your biceps.Cheaper than alternativesMetal part seems decently sturdyCons:Very little padding in the elbow areaPad for the neck strap is a joke - thin flimsy piece of foamNeck strap and buckle seems very cheapWidth seems a bit narrow - have to pull my arms in really tight to my body or elbows slip off the device while doing curlsBottom line, it’s not the worst version of an arm blaster and does work okay. Had to put a different pad on the neck strap and focus on keeping my arms really right to my body to avoid slipping off. For the price, it’s serviceable.
The Brazo Blaster from POZTEV has been a fantastic addition to my weightlifting routine. As advertised, it is an exceptional curl insulator. Its rigid and ergonomic design forces you to keep your back and elbows in the right position, eliminating momentum and forcing your biceps and triceps to do all the work
Not wide enough for my upper body. I gave to the kid down the street. Works perfect for smaller body
Great product, my biceps get more gassed using this. Its durable and obviously easy to use. Get it its worth it, flex hard and stay pumped.
