08-03-2026For the price, it's such a fast and nice phone! It's not slow at all. I'm sure the more expensive phones are blazing fast. But do you really need all that power? I certainly don't, and I'm a techie!I don't understand why people had problems setting it up. The setup process only takes about 5 minutes and very easy to get through.The 5.7" display is actually quite big for what I'm used to (iPhone 6s). The screen is clear and colorful, streams YouTube video flawlessly, opens and runs apps very fast, and easy to navigate the Android 13 Go Edition it comes with. It is intuitive, and I was able to get to used to the operating system within 20 minutes.I also like the bluish, purple color as well! Yes, it only has 2 GB of RAM, but hey, if you close your apps more often, you won't have any problems at all! Remember that Android keeps the apps running in the background, even if you open a new one. So don't forget to hit the square button on the bottom-right corner and clear your other apps that are not in use. It will even tell you how much RAM were cleared up when you close those old apps in the background.The battery does last all day with browsing the web and watching videos a few times a day. You do get a lot of bang for your buck! I love this phone for sure!

08-03-2026This phone looked great & I had high hopes for it. I bought it for my kiddo so I was looking for an inexpensive option. I tried multiple times to set it up. I kept getting an error that forced a factory reset. I finally gave up & opted to return it so I could get a different one for my son. Aftet I paid shopping & showed that they have recipe the item, I still (17 days later) haven't rec'd a refund! I'm disappointed in the company & in Amazon for allowing this to happen! I've been a Prime member since its inception & this is the 1st time I've had this issue! Please make it right!
