08-03-2026Super nice to see a small format drawer, something that most modular toolbox systems don't have. The latch on the front is much nicer than the large swinging metal bar that most large drawer boxes use, the drawer also has a small silicone or rubber strip at the top that seems to do a decent job of keeping dust out and such out of the drawer. The depth of the inside is about 3- 7/8" with the foam mat or almost 100mm, overall pretty nice addition to the modbox lineup.

08-03-2026The name that everyone thinks of when they think pack out is Milwaukee, and we almost bought their packout system, but realized that the bottom drawer you would need to remove everything on top of in order to be able to access. Horrible design. We've swapped over to Klein and have been incredibly impressed by the quality of their products, what they have thought of as far as what real professionals use in the overall build quality. Yes they are expensive, but I still think they provide an incredible value for the money. Makes organizations so much easier and quicker to find the tool that we after. They stack perfectly, are great size and the latch closure is easy. No fuss, no muss. Would 100% recommend.

08-03-2026This replaced me carrying two milwaukee bags full of power tools, bits, chargers and batteries. I have an 18v drill, 18v oscillating tool, 3 bit cases, a dual charger, m12 romex stapler and a drill bit case in it. My m12 impact will fit as well. Slides out nice. Made some other guys jealous. I have reduced trips to the van with this system. Modbox has done a great job with this system. And all the customization you can do with the side rails. It could use a spot to put loose paddle bits or divide sections left to right.

08-03-2026Yes, Packout is a great product, but team Red has gone stagnant. Klein might be late to the fight, but they came out swinging and punched a lot of the competition right in the kisser and kept on moving.

08-03-2026I am mad on Milwaukee packout drawers but after seeing these and watching a few videos I spotted one here on Amazon.It had to come from the States because they do not sell them here in the UK.I also got a really good price so thought I would give one a go.I was not disappointed. Great design, sturdy and does what it says on the tin.I contacted Klein UK and they said they have NO plans to have them here in the UK!Price has now gone up on Amazon and I am not prepared to pay a premium.So as much as I love them I will not be getting any more unless they either come to the UK officially or Amazon can get a better deal.Shame for me but a shame for all those here in the UK and Klein are missing a big market here.
