I bought this mount to accomodate an LG laser projector which is on the longer side with an unusual mounting pattern. While it wasn't easy to align the mount arms to the projector(LG's fault), the rest was simple. The locking mechanism works as advertised. You can position your projector as you need and just clamp it into place. It takes some time as it is hard to accurately position an awkward shape projector, but at least you don't need tools once you hang the projector. Once locked in, it will not move. Aesthetically this mount is beautiful and minimalistic. Functionally is also good. It is much better than the more expensive mount it replaced.

I rate this projector mount as 4 stars because it’s pretty sturdy, versatile, and does what I needed for my home setup. The multi-hole design made it compatible with my projector right out of the box, and the adjustable angles helped me fine-tune the positioning. Installation took some time (mainly measuring and securing it properly) but it felt very solid and stable once done. I like that it supports up to 55 lbs., and the silver finish looks clean, blending in well with the room. Overall, it’s a reliable mount that offers good flexibility and support.

I had to make my own custom setup to get this to fit my projector and once I got it in place the ball that allows it to pivot came unscrewed as I was installing the projector. I had to completely disassemble it. And then a height adjustment screw snapped, leaving it locked at one height. Terrible quality.

I really liked the ease of set up and it seems to be a sturdy unit and well laid out. The instructions are all in some Asian language with no English at all, but for the most part, no instructions are necessary if you have any level of common sense or mechanical know how. I was trying to install a large venue, Epson pro G 7500 and I needed a span from hole to hole of about 13 1/2 inches. This unit advertised 14.1. To my dismay, it did not work, and I had to improvise with angle strapping, which worked well, but was a little frustrating that the advertising was false. I will attach a picture of what I did to extend the reach. My tape measure is showing you the total length of strapping I used not my threaded hole to threaded hole measurement.

I have a medium sized DLP projector and this was a perfect fit.The adjustability was excellent and it looks really nice mounted to my wall. It works really well with my setup and was really easy to install compared to some I've messed with in the past.For the build quality I think its priced well. It looks more expensive than it is.

Good design projector mounting. it is also work for the 3 holes mount projector. i had the epson EX3280. One note: do use your own anchor if you are to attach it to a drywall.

Screws are way to short (1 inch). Not long enough to mount on the wall much less the ceiling. Walls are usually 1/2 inch Drywall and celings are 5/8 inch so depending on where you mount you will only really get 3/8inch to 1/2inch of threading into the actual stud. Considering it's rated to 25kg definitely a no go and especially since my projector is about 2k alone and 25lbs I don't want to risk it coming down. On top of that the instructions came in Chinese.The good thing is quality looks very good just the inconvenience getting home late and wanting to install.
