08-03-2026Best bang for your buck!!! It is beautiful and I love it! However, I think they should alert you to the fact there is a USB connection hiding in the mouse, that needs to go into the computer to make theouse and keyboard activate!!!

08-03-2026We purchased four of these computers for our office and every single one is defective. They lasted not even eight months before failing. The manufacturer refuses to honor the warranty and refuses to replace them.These are by far the worst computers we have ever purchased they are cheaply built, constant problems, and zero support.Amazon is also refusing to refund us even though the products are clearly faulty.Do not buy this product. Save your money and stay far away.

08-03-2026Computer is good, but needs more ram… the stand does not tilt and comes at an awkward angle…the screen does not adjust up or down to compensate for the tilt… needs a riser

08-03-2026Just an awful all-around computer. I purchased it for the 24 inch screen and windows 11. Connecting it and adding my printer was a nightmare and took me 3 days to do. Already after 5 days of having it I am receiving messages that 9 Drivers are outdated, it constantly gets stuck and freezes up when surfing sites. I don't recommend it. Spend $50 more and buy an HP. Always had them and never had a issue.
