the only issue i have with this product is the battery timehowever i really like the watch
My Galaxy (4) watch was ready for an upgrade!I always do my research and read the reviews before I buy a product. This purchase was no different. I was somewhat concerned with a number of reviewers complaining that the battery was not good and didn't last long. So, I want to address that concern first. With all of my watches I never use the Always on Display function. I realize that the watch faces are beautiful on the Galaxy Screen. However, those beautiful bright LED's use power. If you leave them on all the time you can expect maximum battery drain. I have everything turned on except the AOD. Yesterday I used my watch a lot as I was playing and experimenting with all the cool features. Wore it through the night to monitor my sleep. This morning at 6 a.m. I had used a total of 27 percent of battery power for a 24 hour period! At this rate of power usage I can expect 3+ days of use. Battery life doesn't concern me at all.SETUP (Stars*****)I was expecting to make a trip to my service provider because I use the LTE version. I figured I could do all the setup minus the phone provider portion at home. I was extremely impressed with the setup/switch procedure. Simple, straight forward and quick!I was pleased at how simple and easy the setup was. As soon as I was done I needed to let my dogs out for a walk. While I was out walking the girls my Watch rang! I answered it and had a nice conversation. The switch feature swapped over and set up all of my LTE functions without the need to spend half a day at my phone providers location!DIGITAL RING VERSUS PHYSICAL (Stars *****)I never really liked the physical ring all that much. The new digital ring is awesome! Good job Samsung!CHARGING (Stars *****)Charges extremely fast with the little charger that comes with the watch. This small charger is great for travel. I ordered a couple more.FITNESS (Stars *****)I'm still using them and can only say that so far they are still the award winning excersize App/sensors they have always been.AI (Stars *****)Wow! This opens up a whole new experience with my watch. I use Alexa to do so many things now. The ability to put Alexa on my watch is a real game changer. Don't worry, if you prefer Google assistant you can use that as well.ASTHETICS (Stars *****)I think Samsung could have done a better job with the advertisement pics out there. I was initially disappointed at how the Galaxy 7 looked. When I actually got the watch I happily realized the pics don't do it justice. I think that this is the most aesthetically pleasing watch Samsung has made to date.THE BAND (Stars ***)Nope. I knew I didn't like the watch band it comes with from the pics. If you want an extra you can have mine. I ordered a watch band from Wingle to match the silver of the watch. Wow! They are a perfect match and look gorgeous!I couldn't be happier! What a great Smartwatch. When you pair this watch with the Samsung family of devices it is in a class of it's own!OVERALL: Five Stars!RECOMMEND?: Absolutely YES!

I purchased this watch months ago! I got it for my wife as a birthday gift because its compatible with her Samsung cell phone. She loves it. She uses it everyday! It fits well, not that big, and has a sleek appearance. She has dropped it several times and its still perfectly functional, and in tact!

overall good
I've had several Galaxy Watches and have been pretty satisfied with the features. Compared to my last Galaxy watch, the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, I'm slightly disappointed with the Watch 7 as I cannot use the Samsung Health Monitor app. This app is important to me as I had it calibrated to a BP Monitor. Anyway, aside from this little grouse, I'm satisfied with its performance and features.
I’ve been using this Galaxy Watch 7 daily for a while now, and it’s been a great upgrade. The screen is bright and sharp, even in direct sunlight, and the touch response is smooth. Health tracking seems accurate — heart rate, sleep, and steps all line up well with my phone apps. The Bluetooth connection is steady, calls sound clear, and the notifications sync fast. My only minor gripe is the battery life — it’s good, but I wish it stretched another half-day before needing a charge. The design feels premium, and the included band is comfortable enough to wear all day. For anyone already in the Samsung ecosystem, this is an easy recommendation.⭐ Rating: 4.5/5 — Excellent smartwatch with solid performance and only minor battery trade-offs.
Been a long time Garmin watch owner and user. Decided to change it up with the Galaxy 7 just to see what I thought of it and put it to the test again Garmin.Overall good quality watch and the 40mm size is about your avg size for a male. Fits nicely and comfortably on the wrist. I like the band flap that tucks into the underside of the band, Garmin has a band that held the overlay part of the band in place, but often broke and was rather flimsy. I have not tried the device in water and likely won't so no comment on waterproof. Connectivity setup and configuration was very easy as it uses watch to configure off your Wi-Fi already setup, if at home. The Samsung Health app is very comparable to that of Garmin in all those health ways, if you are really into that. Now to the biggest issue I have with the Galaxy. The battery life. At best with the most minimum of bells/whistles/alerts etc setup -- you will get maybe 36 hour of the watch.First day I had it, fully changed by 6 PM, and just default settings, by the next morning I was down to 5%Navigation on the watch is less that great as you can swipe all directions to get different menus and options and sometimes it's hard to swipe out of what you are in to get back to the watch face. But gets easier with time. All in all, a great watch with lots of gadgets and apps and good overall interface with phone + watch, just wish the battery life was better.
Such a good watch, and just updated to most current software by Samsung! Buy any band you like, endless choices, for cheap, along with protective enclosures. The Android/Samsung/Google integration is flawless, sometimes a few days of hiccups on updates, but always fixed quickly, in a week. Battery is good for over 2 days, if I forget to charge. This watch is so fast that notifications often come on my watch before my phone! I've gotten it wet doing dishes, being an adult I wipe it off quickly, and NO problem so far. Display is clear in any light, good screen level adjustment sensor.
