Tshape wood push up stands
These are a must have for any home setup. Cheap and easy workout equipment that is a useful for a gym regular as it is for a casual. These create a much deeper pushup that you can arrange in different positions to absolutely shred your chest. Quality is great and the wrapped handles give a firm, secure grip. Plus, they're very portable so it's great to take on trips.
These push up bars are sturdy and easily hold my weight. The included wrap is comfortable and easily holds to the bars securely to help you get some comfort when gripping. The base is solid and the rubberized stickers keep the bars from moving on hard surfaces.
As a fan of home workouts, I was psyched to get these push up bars. These aren't what I was expecting. They're nicer. They've got a good solid heavyweight to them that makes them feel like they'll last forever, even under significant use. They're attractive. The wooden handles and the metal stands just look good. They feel good. There's also included grip tape that you can wrap around the handles if you want more traction or just to change the way they look. They work perfectly as push up bars. Assembly is quick and easy. Three total pieces per bar and they just slide right in.
All of the joints in the metal appear to have been made cleanly and evenly. The handle has a smooth surface and there weren't any splinters, especially not on the actual gripping surface. They do take a bit of work to assemble, but it isn't difficult. It included rubber pads for the underside of the feet, and neither those nor the handle tape were pre-applied. Once tightened down they feel strong.
I wanted a tall enough, sturdy and metal set of paralettes for doing L sits but the metal parts that go against the ground hurt my butt. Otherwise they're perfect for deficit push ups or yoga positions. I really appreciate the free Olympic tape to enhance the grip.
Me gustaron mucho, son estables y permiten un buen agarre.
I’m used to bars that are cushioned with foam from the gym. So when these arrived, I was a little skeptical about the lack of padding, and I wondered if the little camo grip tape would be enough. To my surprise, I didn’t even need the grip tape. These were easy to assemble. And I really like the feel of the wooden bars. These are so solid and sturdy and easy to grip. Having these has actually made me work out more often. And my push-up form has never been better. Five out of five stars.
I already had a set of bars very similar to this with the Beachwood crossbar and solid metal supports, those are a few inches shorter than these. I use the other ones for push-ups so I don't have to be doing push-ups on the floor, but these I specifically got so that I could do foot stretches and calf exercises which these work perfectly for. They're high enough up off the ground and they have enough length to them to fit your full foot if you want to do stretches with the foot riding the full horizontal length or stretch the muscles and tendons in your feet by straddling the bars perpendicularly. They're all so great for standing on and doing calf exercises where you put your toes and top of your feet on the bar and then do dips, similar to the Machinery that you can use at the gym but without having to go to the gym. These are very well made and sturdy, each one takes less than 5 minutes to put together. They do include an extra screw that can be drilled into the wood for additional security but the two end screws on each piece are plenty to keep the units together and provide structural integrity and as long as you tighten them down they shouldn't loosen up easily. Highly recommended and a great value! These were actually cheaper than the other shorter ones that I got, these being about half the price so they're also a great value.
