I love this bag! I’ve been through a lot of luggage and I wanted a hard case that didn’t have 2 sides because it doesn’t fit well on a luggage rack in hotels! This one opens like a trunk and is hard-sided. I love the compartments on the inside and it holds so much! I highly recommend!
It’s difficult to find a hard shell luggage that doesn’t open up into a clamshell. Who hasn’t had to get something out of their luggage & have to open the entire thing up for everyone to see at the airport? No thank you. I love this one. It’s sturdy, easy to open & access, the zippers are smooth, & the wheels roll like a dream. Very well designed although I do think the carry on could be a tad larger. However, it’s not a deal breaker. 2 main compartments help organize your belongings & the pockets in the lid are well placed & see through for smaller items. I love the small footprint. I love that this isn’t a clamshell. The built in locks are so convenient. The drink holder & retractable hooks are just icing on the cake. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
This was a great buy, a little smaller than expected, but that's fine. 10 points for coolness
Love this suitcase. I have used for one trip - out of the county - and I was great. I love the harsdshell - also love that it’s easy to open. The inside divider is great. My husband couldn’t believe I fit so much. I love the color - it’s unique.
Pros:I took the check-in and carry-on bag through several streets of Japan and it survived so well. No issues with the wheels, zippers, or handles. Very well-built.I bought this bag for the top opening feature. I was very grateful for this feature. Worked very well for the small hotel rooms of Japan. The shell feels a lot better than some of the off brand hardshell suitcases I've come across in stores. Probably not as good as the more famous namebrands though.Loved all the special features like the straps that keep the suitcase cover from falling open (they act as hinges and can be adjusted or removed if needed). The cupholder was really nice and so were the built-in dividers and pockets. I wish the dividers were completely removeable but I at least appreciate that you can flatten them out if you don't want to use them.Cons:I think the price is a bit high but it seems that it will hopefully last a while. Hard for me to convince others to buy at this price. But if you can afford it, I think it's worth it for the quality and the top open feature. After the first flight, it was already covered in scuff marks. I bought the light green color so it's probably even more obvious for that reason. No sign of actual damage though even after 4 flights.
I got the 28" I used this for a 6 day trip. Coming from using a clamshell I prefer this style I think it holds more. I like the compartments you can stay organized even if it's one big pit. I like the straps to keep the opening up right. It's actually light when nothing is in it. My only thing I have issue is the pull handle is short.
This suitcase is a disaster! Twice I have used it and both times it is soooooo difficult to get off the baggage carousel because so thick and difficult to grab. I am 78 years old and fell to the floor because you can not get the damn thing off the carousel! I wish I could return it but past 30 days. Do not buy this suitcase.
4.5/5 StarsWheels are some of the smoothest I've experienced.I like how deep it is as well - makes for an easier seat for my 4 year old to sit on while I tote her through the airport!Only compaint is that for the size it doesn't pack as many items as my Samsonite Omni 3.0 Medium (24")
Best luggage I've ever bought. Looks great and very good quality. The non clamshell opening is so much better for packing and access. The pop out cup holder is a very handy extra. All though I have not used the brackets on the handle to hold my phone or tablet I can see it being very handy for some. A power bank does not come with it but are easily found for good price
Immediately when I opened the box I was amazed at how handsome this luggage looks! Seems sturdy and rolls very nicely. I am using this to carry my hair tools and makeup to jobs so it will be getting a hard test. I got the 24” size since I will be checking it in if I fly. Perfect size. Immediately on the first day of work someone commented what a nice case it was. I like to open from the top and works perfectly with the zippers so far. They will be getting the test too. I will update. Only thing that I found out quickly once I put my things in it, was every dog hair stuck to it like a magnet. But I can deal with that. Really love this case and it will be replacing my well served TravelPro case of 20 yrs!
It’s great but for the extra price paid for the cup holder feature, I never used it. You can’t over pack, it is not forgiving. A big negative is, it is a heavy case empty. But since it’s going to be checked, i accepted it. I received a lot of compliments. I feel it will break or bust open, so I was nervous if all my cloths was splashed on the conveyor when they bring out your luggage. LOL. I use compression cubes so all good…I think! Nonetheless, the case was intact. The only dirt mark I noticed is when it was stuffed in the back of the bus when we arrived. The dirt mark was on the edge of the case…other than that, it still looked brand new. Will use again on another trip later this year.
I brought this for my trip to Brazil. I chose this because it doesn’t flap open like traditional suitcases. It looks very cute, minimalist and sleek. The functionality is my favorite again because only the top opens and it’s plenty of room! The rollability is effortless. The cup holder works great but not for a grande ice coffee you have to get a Venti or taller. The phone holder did not work well for my iPhone 16 it kept falling. For the charger of course you have to use a battery pack but it functions well. Overall definitely my favorite!
Husband has used this 5 times traveling and no damage or issues. He loves it
