Most of the reviews are spot on. The phone is really nice. It’s not the S25, but trust me it’s still a beautiful device and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. You don’t need to be a tech expert to use it and I have enjoyed finding new functions that the phone will do with my other devices. And of course, it's unlocked, so it was easy for me to just put in my phone service and just go.Nice clean communication on every Messenger andMeetings.That was a huge plusMy only real complaint is the accessories it comes with. They’re generic, so I recommend getting an authentic charger and cord. The included cord does not support super-fast charging, so I bought two proper super-charge cables myself. I also pre-ordered a case and screen protector because the phone arrived in immaculate condition and I wanted to keep it that way.If you want a reliable phone that’s only a year old and still keeps up with the S25, this is a great choice. My only other disappointment is the storage it’s small, and there’s no option for external SD cards. So if you take a lot of pictures or make content, go for the 1TB model. Otherwise, as long as you transfer your photos and files to a computer, you’ll be just fine.

Excellent condition used phone came as advertised. S24 Ultra is an awsome phone. The few issues I had with my old note 10 lite I had for 5 years are solved (the in-screen fingerprint reader was iffy, especially in sunlight, and the lack of stereo speakers was annoying... after years of that you really notice the difference in the ultra). Performance is flawless so far. Cameras are very good. Beautiful screen. Retail cost is still too high for all flagship phones, in my opinion (straight up corporate greed), but if you can get this one for 4-5 hundred off retail, it's a great value. The one and only complaint is this phone is kind of a tank in size and weight, especially with a case and screen protector which I of course use because my phone does get some abuse here and there. My wife also had the note 10 lite and dropped it literally at least a hundred times. It finally broke a couple weeks ago when she dropped it on her hard floor at work and it landed perfectly flat on the screen with a noisy slap. That prompted me to get us these s24 Ultras after five years of solid use of the note 10 lites. So I can attest to Samsung quality and durability. I like the stylus on occasion, so that forced me into the ultra. But we are very pleased so far, not an ounce of regret.My wife's phone was dead, so there was some drama getting her files transfered, but we had it backed up on Google. But the two-step verification was creating a catch-22 situation of her not being able to prove her identity because it kept sending verification to the broken phone (how do you verify on a broken phone?!). I had an old umidigi phone that I put the SIM card in and we finally managed to get a text code to go through to start the files being transferred. I was worried I'd need to repair the phone which would cost more than it's worth, but we worked around it. But do keep stuff backed up with Google or Samsung and have a way to get access. My wife was without her phone for just a day and we realized how much stuff we use phones for (finances and work access,etc). It was a bit of a nightmare there until she regained access. Not sure how that bodes for our collective future, lol, but it's stressful to suddenly be locked out.

Buying renewed/refurbished phones is always a gamble and this one turned out in perfect condition. It helped me save a bit of money on an expensive phone.

Wow, this phone is awesome! I got the S24 Ultra with 1Tb memory. I purchased this phone for its memory, guaranteed 7 years of updates, and history owning 3 Samsung phones. I am very happy that I chose this phone.The folks at the ISP store who transferred data from my other phone (Galaxy S20 Ultra) were very impressed. They said IF they could get one, it would almost triple what I paid.So far, my phone is working flawlessly, fast, easy to use. I made a wise decision with this purchase!

The Quality of the phone is solid. It looks brand new.UPSIDE/INFO:- No scratches- No buttons that feel clunky- No dust or dirt on it- The sound and screen are clear, and even the lenses have no smudges or scratches- Truly unlocked and can work with most carriers- The reason to get the 1TB is that this phone can capture 8k footage, which will take a lot of space, even 4k.- This has no external Memory, so you can't just pop in an SD card to add more storage, so that is another reason I got the 1TB- Having a stylus is a plus for me and it's Bluetooth. Being able to scroll or wipe with the S Pen reduces smudges and allows for hands-free use.- The S pen feels brand new as well- You can do eSIM or use a physical SIM card.- Battery life is good, but it's also a learning curve to maximize your battery life.- Magnetic charge/ so you can charge it from the back of your phone or regularly with a cable.Down Side/NOTES- NO EXTERNAL STORAGE. CANNOT EXPAND YOUR STORAGE AT ALL. STORAGE IS ALL ON THE DEVICE ITSELF./RECOMMEND GETTING THE 1TB STORAGE- DOESN'T COME WITH A SAMSUNG GALAXY S24 ULTRA BOX, JUST COMES IN A PACKAGE AND A FILM COVER FOR THE CAMERA LENSES, SCREEN, USB CHARGING CABLE, AND PLUG. ALSO COMES WITH A PIN ENJECTOR FOR PUTTING YOUR SIM CARD./RECOMMENDED TO BUY A NEW CHARGING CABLE OR PLUG BECAUSE THE ONE THEY GAVE ME CHARGED MY PHONE DIDN'T CHARGE FAST AND SAID IT WILL TAKE 6-8 HOURS TO FULLY CHARGE.- REASON I GOT THIS INSTEAD OF THE S25 ULTRA1. CHEAPER2. I WANTED A STYLUS BUT ALSO WANTED IT TO BE MORE THAN THAT, WHICH THE S25 ULTRA ONLY MADE IT A STYLUS3. S24 ULTRA JUST HAS FEATURES THAT I LIKE.
