The product shipped to me in a nice little casing with some accessories, a nice touch considering the price beating many alternatives. This device does what it says it does, and it works for my application. The point, although not very sharp to the touch, will usually break glass on an iphone’s back glass, especially if the area around it is also already cracked. I give it four stars though since it’s not really that powerful. It will sometimes not trigger at all and others will just make a dent in the glass or a chip but not actually shatter it. Aside from this it is great.
