The color coordination is great and allows for the user to know exactly what muscle they are using and offers resistance bands to allow for even more training. The board itself is very solid, as well as the pushup handles that peg into each hole. The resistance bands can be strung through the pop up rings to allow for greater resistance also. Overall this product is designed and built very well, a very thought out design.

08-03-2026The plastic on this is NOT strong enough for repeat abuse and use. The design needs to have some form of suction cup bottoms as well as a way to ensure each of the three panels are level, and secure, and do not detach from one another if wanting to adjust the various push-up positions during mid-exercise. If you try to adjust without stopping your set, you'll immediately pull the board up and make things off-level. It could have been such a great product but these flaws make it almost useless....ALMOST.If you NEED a cheap push-up board, by all means. But I would strongly look at the construction and durability of the item beforehand.

The manual gives you specific details on how to set up for the different workouts so don't throw it away and make sure to read it! The thick handgrips really make it easy for me since I had broken my wrist in the past and this makes the grip so much easier. This set is portable and can be stored in the supplied bag making it easy to travel or store anywhere you want. It is a great gift idea to anyone in your life that is serious about personal workouts.
